Amazing!! Service was brilliant and the printing was of very good quality considering the time we had to get it all sorted. Highly recommended!!

If I could give no stars then I would. Our company spent over £500 for t-shirts where the printing quality is so bad we can not sell them. We reached out to explain that the t-shirts looked nothing like the proof and were told that we were advised against THAT type of print as it wouldn't look great... which is untrue! After lots of back and forth-ing we were offered a partial refund (not even to re-print the shirts) and as they simply wouldn't accept responsibility and give us a full refund, I had no other choice than to accept or take them to small claims (which I was tempted to do if I had the time and resources), knowing the stock wasn't fit for re-sell. I asked what the partial refund would be on 3-4 separate occasions and had NO reply.

Be careful. This company are scammers. All the care about is a quick buck. They do not care about their customers or their feedback and have royally screwed our small independent company over.

The quality of garments is really high, the tee shirts are soft and comfortable. Full variety of printing methods. Customer advice associates are really friendly and knowledgeable and work hard to get the best price on orders. Highly recommended.

Why trust a company that can't even position a logo correctly on the chest of a teeshirt?

We are a small business and we decided to have garments produced for merchandise and to give away to our guests/customers. After looking at a few options we decided to go with Printsome. We had looked at their reviews and they seemed good.

Initially, we sent them our design for a very simple teeshirt and sweatshirt. Along with the design we sent very clear specific instructions about the placement of the logos. We did not just do this once, over the course of design process, about 30 times, we instructed their designer 6 times where to place the logo. 6 times! We informed them at the very beginning of the process in writing and in the design layout that we produced. We even wrote it twice in large bold writing.

Basically, we instructed them to place the logo at 115mm from the neckline to the central axis of our logo. 6 times! Instead, they have placed the logo at 155mm from the neckline or 115mm to the top of the logo. Whats the big deal? Well, how Printsome placed the logo results in a logo that is closer to to the stomach than the chest. It means we have over a €1000 worth of garments that we can't sell or give away as they look so bad. The image of our brand/company is very important to us and this is something that we can't compromise on.

After we pointed out the issue to Printsome they weren't very helpful and their response was that it was our fault. (after instructiing them 6 times, it was our fault!) As we had approved their draft layout with the measurement of 115mm we assumed that this was to the centre of the logo but no, according to Printsome it was to the top of the logo. Which to be fair was far from clear and if we had thought for a second that it was to the top of the logo we would have never approved it. Why would we?! Given that we had spent a lot of effort instructing them where to place the logo... over 6 times! We never assumed that they could actually be so incompetent.

Eventually, Printsome offered to cover the cost of reprinting the teeshirts but we would have to foot the bill for the "expensive" sweatshirts. An offer we refused on principle and as we're a small company we simply can't afford to pay twice for sweatshirts that should have been printed correctly the first time around.

We feel that we have been treated incredibly poorly by a company that really should admit to their incompetence. If you've been instructed 6 times where to place a logo and you still mess it up would you not feel responsible? Given that this is something that they do for a business would it not be reasonable to assume that this could be done correctly? Sadly for us this was beyond them and we'd urge anyone reading this review to select another company for their printing needs.

We have been using Printsome for our T-Shirt business for 3 months now and are very happy with their service. Our T shirts are printed on demand from the customers order which is always a smooth process. If there are any issues, the customer service is second to none, which such an important factor for us. Also the print quality is brilliant with swift delivery. One criticism would lie in the catalog range, which is good but could be better, ie colors and products.
Overall very happy so far,
Thank you Printsome!

Needed shirts printed with corporate graphics and logo for a charity running event. We're really pleased with the print and quality of the running vests, Ryan and Logan 'pulled one out the bag' to get the order done, thank you!

This company has no respect for the person on the other side of the phone, I asked simple questions to which the guy talking to me raised his voice at me. All of this because he didn't want to take the time to understand my question and for me to explain what I was trying to ask.

Disgusting attitude I then said fine I will ask for a quote because he couldn't remember the prices an wouldn't offer to discuss them to which he then said there is no point in giving a price if I have no store! how can I create a business plan and store without prices?! such a shame he had to have such a terrible attitude.

Dreadful customer service and do not stick to their word. T shirts were ordered but failed to arrive in time for the event. Ryan agreed to issue us a full refund and has since not done so. He and the rest of the company are now avoiding all communication and not replying to any emails/phone calls. Really, really poor.
