Waste of time. Do not use. We ordered a school hoodie for our 6 year old which we were told would arrive before the school term started. It did not. It arrived a month after term started and a month later it started to come apart at the seams. We took it back, only to be informed that there was nothing they could do apart from send it back to the supplier. Not even an offer of a repair. Avoid at all costs

If you are expecting to be treated with courtesy and servility by Mak, if they are unable to meet the customer’s requirements, you will be meet, with an aggressive and confrontational manner. So be warned!!

Absolutely amazing super fast experience! Friendly and lovely staff members! Ordered school hoodies was told 1 or 2 weeks and within 48 hours they were ready to collect! Definitely will be going back to them every year! Best place I've been to and really good prices too! Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I'll be back without a doubt!

Absolutely outstanding service today! Took a comforter in to be personalised, with a name embroidered on. They did it there and then, took not even 5 mins and cost £4. Plus the lovely ladies told me about the 10% off uniforms ending today, so I ordered my children's school hooded jackets for September, personalised too. I can not fault the services. I would recommend to everyone. Had one of those days today, nothing seemed to go right until I went into the shop haha, as dramatic as that sounds. They really turned my day around. Thank you. Excellent service, went in for school uniform and it was ready collect within the hour. Great quality products, I have been using Makz for 3 years and never had any problems.

I've recently worked with Makz to fulfil and order for work and they've been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Communication with them was a breeze and all email replies from them were very prompt. Our design for printing was quite complex and Makz made sure that we were looked after. The quality of the printing is exceptional and for the price you can't get better.

I realised that the designs that I'd sent to Makz had an error (complete oversight from myself) and they were excellent in fixing this as quickly as possible. They didn't ask for entirely new T-shirts to be printed as they were able to remove and re-apply the existing prints at an incredibly reasonable cost.

If you're looking for printing in Swansea look no further. Makz know what they're doing and will have the finished product in your hands very quickly!

Terrible experience with this company. They didn't get the uniform to us even though we ordered before the cut off... It's been over a month and still no uniform has arrived. Will definitely go elsewhere for uniform next time. They did not have my order waiting and leaving me messages to collect. We specifically asked for delivery and they said they could. This is absolute BS. Would highly recommend NOT using this company. Trying to sort a review out from almost a year ago? Haha it's funny how low they'll stoop to try and make potential new customers look bad.
