This company deserves so much more than five stars as it's more than a company. It's a family and so inviting that I fell in love from the moment I walked into the room. I've learnt from multiple instructors over the years I've been going here and every single one are amazing. They understand how to motivate and encourage everyone to no one is left out. I've learnt so much more than pole dancing here, I've gained self esteem and more confidence than I've ever had in my life. I've gone from not being able to walk out my door without changing five times as I didn't think I looked okay to running around in crop tops and shorts without blinking. I used to hate the fact I'm so tall and now I feel like a sexy amazon warrior woman and it's all due to the support in my pole sisters and the strength I've gained from pole. I had tried other studios before candy & chrome but got frustrated in them and quit, this was the first studio where pole didn't seem like exercising and it was just having fun with amazing people. I've made life-long friends who have helped me out in so many ways.

I started training at C&C over 8 years ago. The school is inside a beautiful central hotel, within the gym area. Its a fully air-conditioned room with access to gym mats, full length mirrors and spot lighting creates the mood for a dance! It's a nice size and intimate room with freestanding 10 ft poles. The owner Amy and the wonderful instructors create an amazing and relaxing vibe ensuring that anyone who is initially nervous at starting is put at ease straight away! The instructors are friendly and approachable, well trained and PDC approved, fully first aid trained and insured so there is no worry! The classes are well structured but also flexible so there are no expectations and the instructors work closely with everyone to ensure you are achieving to your max! Even though I don't attend as a student any more, I still work closely with the instructors in workshops and pole jams and would recommend this place to everyone wanting to start pole or carry on their journey!

The best experience EVER! I love going to pole classes, our instructor Amy is wonderful. Super friendly, always makes sure she keeps the sessions interesting and we always learn something new every week. Most importantly if you feel self conscious like I was, pole classes are for you! I felt bad about myself before I started but now I noticed it has boosted my confidence massively and I'm feeling super happy.

I trained originally at Candy about 4.5 years ago for about 2 years, and it was there I started my own journey to being a pole dance instructor!
Amy's pole classes have a great, laid back, no pressure vibe, where people can come along and let loose a couple of times a week learning some cool pole tricks, spins and moves. Candy mostly focuses on progressing you through your pole moves, building up your strength and fitness along the way, as you are challenged to achieve new tricks as you move through the course levels at your pace.
There isn't any intense competitive spirit, so you're free to just have a laugh and enjoy yourself. Which was my fave thing about the studio! Everyone is just good mates, and you don't need to worry about feeling like you arent good enough, as everyone is super down to earth and friendly.
Amy was always responsive to messages, good with her customer service, and the instructors did a great job of welcoming me and making me feel excited to attend every week.

I’d been wanting to try pole fitness for a while but was so nervous, however, when I came to Amy’s class the nerves disappeared pretty much straight away. It is a relaxed and fun atmosphere and Amy and her assistants are fab! They’re so patient with you and encouraging but also know their stuff with regards to health and safety so you know you are safe as well. Highly recommend

Amy is an amazing instructor, she gives you the confidence to give anything a go, even when you think there is no way I can ever do that!! But with her patience, instructions, guidance and hilarious personality you absolutely can do it!! Fantastic friendly fun atmosphere in the classes, couldn’t recommend candy and chrome highly enough!! Love it!!

Amy’s classes are always so much fun and really approachable. There is a lot of laughter and silliness, as well as having a really good work out. Classes are challenging, but really fun, and Amy introduces new moves in a way that gradually builds confidence and skill. It’s the highlight of my week!

Amazing and love it. I've been attending the beginners class for 8 weeks and have learnt so much in that short space of time. My confidence had been knocked slightly but Amy and everyone else there has built my confidence back up 😁 Classes are fun and new moves are introduced in a way that are easy to follow. If you're stuck on a move and can't quite get your head around it, they'll take the time to show you and bit get frustrated with you if it takes a little longer. The atmosphere is relaxed where we can all have fun and enjoy it. Can't wait to continue with the classes
