I’ve ordered 3 items in a space of a month for my daughter’s as she needed new gears for her ballet lessons and the 3 times the deliveries were extremely quick (really great due to the current circumstances). The products are top quality and the website extremely easy to use. All of this makes it a truly reliable company for dance gear. I will definitely use this company for future purchases.

Stuart was absolutely marvellous. Friendly punctual service - he went above and beyond for me to get a skirt to my daughter in another country... nothing was too much trouble for him. If I ever need to buy any kind of performance outfits again, this store will be my first choice. Highly recommend them!

Having been tasked with buying shoes for a friend overseas, getting the sizing accurate for her was no mean feat (pardon the pun!). I've used this Dance Wear Company a few times now and they are great. Ordered Tap Shoes and more recently the Boys/Mens Jazz Pants (In the Photo and are SO comfy) and both arrived within 2 days and were packaged extremely well. As a Mum who has never had any experience of dancing or stage at all, my daughter had been sent a uniform list with a recommendation of Porsellis for jazz shoes, so we popped on by. The shop was busy when I walked in and I felt incredibly overwhelmed as I had no idea what I had been sent to buy!!

The lady in the store was lovely and served all of the customers quickly and efficiently (they obvious knew what they were buying!), and then allowed us to have her full attention. I apologised that I didn't know what I was buying or the sizing, and read her the email. She knew exactly what we needed, sorted us out with exactly what we needed and no job was too much hassle. She explained to us how the sizing worked for the shoes and let us try on two sizes to see which was preferred. She was really lovely to my daughter and made it a really special and positive experience for her. I also really appreciated the honesty when I said to her about the list saying about buying show blacks, and she said to not buy now and come back closer to the time so they will definitely fit - that kind of honesty is much appreciated and a dying thing with some businesses unfortunately. Thank you so much to Porsellis and the lady working (I didn't catch your name sorry!) for your helpful, can-do and positive attitude and all of your assistance.

The store itself had a big selection of shoes, clothing, bags, costumes and all sorts of accessories and other bits, and also had a big, free carpark, and is easily accessible off the main road near the Norwich Asda. We shall definitely be back! 🙂

My granddaughter aged 16 and a size 12 went in this shop today, the lady who served her was a nice lady but her choice of words left my granddaughter very upset and deflated and has gone home believing she has chosen the wrong career.. She was made to feel fat and overweight, that is no way to treat anyone, this is the sort of thing that causes young girls to go anorexic or depressed. I hope this lady is well pleased with herself for upsetting my lovely granddaughter (who by the way has a lovely figure) and I will be making sure she continue her dream.
