Astwood Smiles Nursery

Both of my children have attended Astwood Smiles, starting in baby room and moving all the way up to pre-school. Throughout their time with the nursery both of them have thrived, developing their social skills, personal skills and learning, setting them up wonderfully for school.

They are both now confident children with strong personalities. The staff are all dedicated and committed and I have felt supported throughout my children’s time with Astwood Smiles.

Wonderful staff who are always coming up with new ways to teach and engage with the children.

The connection the nursery has with Astwood primary has been invaluable and will no doubt help with the big school transition period coming soon for Evie!

From a parents perspective It has been plain sailing from the start. Communication is fantastic with regular email newsletter updates, Facebook posts that remind us what the children are doing, efficient invoicing/payments service so there is never any confusion- and last but not least, aircon in the building so children can escape the heat when necessary!

Our daughter has attended this nursery for 6 months. We were initially apprehensive about nursery due to previous experiences with our eldest child. I have to say Astwood Smiles has completely restored our confidence. Staff are warm and friendly and have really spent time getting to know our daughter, despite her attending just one day a week! The team in the baby room work hard to encourage skills, habits and routines that she has learnt at home making transition between settings smooth and stress free! It is lovely watching our daughter's face light up when we pull in to the car park at morning drop off!
