After traumatic experience with the previous nursery, the staff members of Lincoln central were extremely helpful, caring, honest and very attentive to our child. Communication between nursery members seems great, organisation is impeccable, children free play, but also do plenty of structured activities. Staff members are very friendly and happy to provide an honest feedback. Staff are also very attentive to individual needs. For example, our daughter is very picky and does not eat anything apart from home-cooked food. Nursery professionals are continuously helping Sofia to overcome discomfort in eating and she started consuming food in a new place. The place is very bright, extremely spacious. The reception staff (who work on Tuesdays) are always very welcoming and go the extra mile when looking after their visiting children. Our grandson, Joshua (3) loves visiting the sensory room and it has become his favourite place. Upon hearing of his love of sea creatures the ladies went out of their way to turn the room into an undersea world for him! Each time we have visited they have added to it which is so thoughtful The room is always scrupulously clean and well laid out. We love seeing how animated he becomes in there ! We really cant praise the staff enough for their thoughtfulness and care.
