Springfield Day Nurseries is an absolutely fantastic nursery!!! My son absolutely loves going here. Great staff, great atmosphere and fantastic service. Couldn't fault a thing!!

After taking our daughter to Springfield nursery for 5 years and our son for 2 and a half years at a cost of £450 per week. We where told that they didn't want our children going there as I had moved jobs into a role where I had no set days. The nursery at first where supportive allowing us to pay the days they went, instead of charging direct debit and for days they didn't even go or where poorly. We had nothing but praise for all the staff who worked there while looking after our children. But the business is seriously let down by the owners who run it like a cash cow with a high turn over of staff, and even sending staff home without pay if the number of children fell below a certain amount in that day. If it was run more as a service which it is meant to be instead of a money grabbing business I'd happily recommend but I cant say I would advise anyone to bring there children here unless you want to pay when they havnt even been there or been Ill. BE WARNED also most parents are all on different rates which makes it all the more unfair and a shambles. It's a shame really as it use to be 1 of the best in the area but listen out for others views and u will see what I mean.
