Champneys City Spa, Enfield

My daughter treated me to a facial for my birthday. Much needed relax therapy! The room was prepared for maximum comfort and serenity. The facial lasted about an hour with added shoulder and head massage. My skin felt amazing and is still glowing 3 days later!

Booked a deep tissue massage for my boyfriend who has always found that not enough pressure is applied during any massages he’s had elsewhere. I was very pleased to hear that he absolutely enjoyed it and was happy with the amount of pressure applied during the massage. Will definitely book again in the future.

Omg my senior therapist Natasha was absolutely amazing, and just flawless!! My full leg and Hollywood was done in the fastest time I’ve ever had and as pain free as can be. She was so friendly and chatty it was honestly the best!! I would 10000% recommend coming here

Just had a lovely experience at Champneys Enfield. I made the most of a deal offering two treatments for £65 and got a head in the clouds massage and a back massage. They were gorgeous! My therapist Lola was fabulous and made me feel super comfortable. I have left feeling like my head really is in the clouds!

Booked an evening for a facial and pedicure. I had the pedicure and I didn’t feel relaxed or handled well. I had gel polish on but they agreed to soak my toes to get the polish off - however I wasn’t told that this included an a extra change. It already costs a lot of money to get a 25 min pedicure and then to pay for a soak, It wasn’t done in a professional way or explained to me. Also the therapist seem to ask a lot of personal questions so I couldn’t relax and there was no massage. I did not receive the pedicure I wanted or intended to get. I will not be attending champneys for a pedicure again.

I had an anti -ageing facial with Kelly. She was amazing! She did not rush and took her time - I felt so relaxed afterwards. Looking forward to going back again soon!

A long due gift voucher, long travel from Surrey to Enfield, however, the experience, the massage and Kelly, the therapist was worth it!!! One of the best massages and pampering I’ve ever had!!
Would highly recommend Kelly, she is caring, accommodating and has great energies, movements and make you feel pampered, relaxed in a chilled cosy environment.

Review isn't a reflection on the staff or therapists. Massage was lovely, however the spa was filthy! Really not happy about being in a spa and paying top prices, when it's so grotty. The experience was supposed to be relaxing as a gift which I received, instead I was anxious! The whole spa needs a deep clean, carpets were black, skirtings dirty, paint peeling and marked and the floors disgusting. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Really not fair on staff doing their best in what can be only described as a hovel.
