The Hart Spa Treatments

Gorgeous location; all the staff are friendly and attentive. Monique's signature products are so relaxing, and using them adds a really special element to the treatments at the Hart Spa - I can't recommend it highly enough!

Really Really disappointed. I would recommend for a quick visit to get your nails done but despite the chic interior this is not a luxury venue. I booked a couples massage on a Friday afternoon for my partner's birthday and unfortunately for us the walls of the building a PAPER THIN- every time a tap turned on, you could hear the very loud flow of water in the pipes and my massage was ruined by the sound of two trucks making deliveries outside the window of my room- not relaxing at all. Most frustrating thing is that the treatments are not cheap and i regret not complaining on the day! Would like to say thank you to the therapist Kayleigh who was excellent but sadly could not control the trucks and noise!!!!!!!!

This is a lovely treatment venue with great massages and lovely staff. I always really enjoy my massages here from skilled therapists and always feel so much better and much more relaxed afterwards.

Had a couples massage today which we were really excited for.
Couldn't fault the massage itself it was amazing and our muscles definatley feel better for it, but what really let it down and would probably put us of going again is that the therapists were giggling, chatting and laughing. A massage is a really personal thing, and being a new mom I do feel unhappy with my body at the moment so that instantly makes you feel uncomfortable as you don't know if they're laughing and talking about you or something else.
I've had quite a few massages before and never experienced that 😕 The hart spa came as a reccomendation from a friend so I was hoping it would live up to the expectations ide been told about but that completely ruined it for us.
Such a shame because there are other massages and treatments i would have loved to have tried but just don't think I would return after our experience.

Had a deep tissue back massage from Rachel. It was very good she definitely loosened and got rid of the knots and tension in the upper back and neck. She's very good at her job and I can say this with confidence as I must of had over 200 back massages over the years from various places. Would recommend!

I had a full body massage by Rachel and it has to be one of the best massages I've ever received. I need a lot of pressure on my shoulders and back and she didn't fail to deliver; she is very strong. Feet, legs, hands, back, shoulders and even my neck and head were all given attention and I came out feeling utterly relaxed and new.
I'd highly recommend and will be visiting again.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND ATTITUDE !! I was kindly bought a voucher last year for my 40th by work colleagues - which has NOT been honoured - I have also seen another review with the same issue. I was advised that i had 6 months to use it if I was signed up to their newsletter.. why would I be signed up for their newsletter if I was not a current customer
I spoke to the manager who did in no way try to help just became defensive and rude. She advised I had PLENTY of time to use it .of course I did .. in a pandemic! I actually did try to book in on TWO separate occasions last year - but was offered times that were completely impossible as I worked full time- no other options given
I tried to contact the Spa for 7 days - and received no response until the end of day 7
After being argued with I gave up and advised I had no wish to use the Spa and never would in future so told them to enjoy the £50 to which the manager actually responded with " I don't need your £50" and put the phone down ...... I try my best to support local business' as do my colleagues- hence purchasing the voucher but I am astounded by the lack of empathy / compassion by the Hart Spa - and horrendous attitude of the owner. Im gutted I couldn't even offer a refund to my colleagues ..poor show

I have tried everyday for 6days to try and book an appointment for a friends birthday. No one picked up which I appreciate if they are in treatments but there was no facility to leave a message.
