Good food but there are definite improvements that can be made. All the specials are hidden on the bottom shelf so you have to really bend down to see what's actually on offer and the pricing is a bit confusing - I wasn't charged what was on the ticket price but wasn't sure enough about whether it was a mistake or not to question it. Portions could be a bit more generous as well given the amount of food that remained in each of the containers at the end of the day. Also, it was quite a struggle to communicate what I wanted because of the member of staff's level of English. The baklava is good and very reasonably priced but could do with a little stronger flavouring.

Truly terrible experience. Waited over 40 minutes for food to be delivered, which included a sub-standard burger and cold chips. Bad, but now warm, chips were served 20 minutes later. When we queried where our friends banana waffle was (which had been ordered at the same time as the rest of the food over an hour ago we were dismissively told that they couldn't help it as there was a "rush" (there were 2 other tables occupied in the entire place). Banana waffle was delivered to table as we were on our way out the door having given up on it ever arriving (and having lost any desire to eat it).

Excellent service and very clean place. Their daily dishes are amazing I love the chiken liver with rice it's super healthy and delicious and the service is very quick. My favorite place in Cowley road for food, cakes and coffee.

Great service and selection of lunch items, tea, coffee and cakes. Vegan cakes are great and baklava incredible. Pretty reasonable price, definitely perfect for a quick bite when you're on the Cowley Road.

Tasty specials, friendly staff. Had a nice and inexpensive lunch from their prepared daily specials (most curries). Great for a quick bite or deli counter service. Inside seating was basic.
