Never open. Times on door wrong. Times on website wrong. Lost a parcel of mine worth £139 after a redelivery to asda. Never arrived! Absolute joke. It a 14.12 now and it's closed.

Always has the wrong opening times, just turned up as it says 6pm close on Thurs online and it's closed!!! Even though it says 6pm on the door!! Just a waste of time!

Both home but docket left. They never even rang the bell let alone knocked the door as we heard the postman put the letters through the box. Suspect too lazy to carry the book on his round.

Ordered an item and left a clear message on the door to be put in the box around the side of the house. Had no issues before and now have to wait a further 3 days to be able to pick the item up.

Strikes till Friday 2nd, don't waste your time going.

Tried to collect a parcel, to find that office closed and a notice on the door saying shut until 4pm due to staff shortage. No indication if this was a one off, or ongoing, or if on going the revised opening times. Web site showing opening times which are no longer true. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Track and trace parcel delivered to the wrong address. The parcel, which was an expensive gift, not even posted but left on the garden for the rain to drench. Occupant was unaware of delivery. Deplorable and careless. Not worth paying the extra for this service.

Been home all day waiting for parcel. Dont even think they knocked the door. Niw i have to go out of my way and pick it up because the royal mail delivery are shocking.
