Took my child for their first appointment today. Everybody was lovely apart from the actual dentist.
I was flabbergasted as to how rude the dentist was.
This was the first dentist appointment I’ve left feeling irritated. Basics manners didn’t exist.
I must reiterate the rest of the staff were lovely.

Gillian Church. I have over the past two weeks been suffering with strong sensitivity pain on one of my lower molars, despite the practice being very busy they managed to see me for an investigation last week and subsequently another appointment today to install a temporary filling to see if this resolves the sensitivity, I have a follow up appointment in 6 wks to replace with a permanent filling. Both myself and my husband have been patients at this practice approaching 25 yrs and we have both found the Dentists, Hygienists, Nurses and Receptionists very professional, friendly and helpful at all times in their service. Many thanks and keep up the good work and support, it is a privilege being a patient at this practice. Kind regards Gillian Church.

I wish to thank all those working at Pickering Dental Health Practice for their professionalism during my visits. The Reception was exceptional with their help when I was in need and the dentist and dental nurses are second to none. This Practice well deserveds 5 star rating.

Visited the dentist yesterday for some major treatment. The dentist, Bryony and the rest of the team could not have done more to put me at ease and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Like many, I've never been a huge fan of the dentist but they really went out of the way to calm my nerves and explain my treatment options.

I am dentophobic and have huge anxiety towards going to the dentist. I have recently had treatments by Bryony with support from Sophie and have to say that for the first time in years, I have felt comfortable and at ease whilst receiving treatment! They are lovely and welcoming and check on me throughout. I couldn’t be more grateful. It is so so nice to feel like I can cope with treatment and not have a panic attack prior to my appointment! Thank you so so much girls.

Isobel is the best dentist I’ve seen. She is always professional explaining what and why treatment is required. She always gives options for treatment. I have had 2 teeth taken out by Isobel and I am quite a nervous patient, she is always makes sure I am numb and then is so quick you don’t even realise it is happening.

One of very few NHS dentists in the local area. We are doubly blessed though, as the surgery is also a very good one. Appointments usually run to time without excessive waiting and surgery is painless and efficient. Staff are cheery and the dentists/assistants work to high standard.

I popped in when passing by to see if they did implants or available for other work. The receptionist had a horrible attitude, was shocking. Not remotely welcoming. Told me there was a long waiting list so impossible basically. We don't need nasty people like that in the world, certainly not in a dentists! I suggest she obtains some urgent psychological help.

Edit after the reply - I said I asked, not that you did implants. She did tell me you don't do implants
