Fleckney Dental & Cosmetic Clinic

I am a registered patient at Fleckney Dental and this week I had to go for an emergency appointment as I had lost part of a tooth and all the filling. I was given an immediate appointment and was looked after very well. The dentist was kind and considerate, not at all patronising though, and explained every single thing as he treated me. It was an hour long appointment in the end and quite complicated but he was very reassuring and took his time. The care I received and the cheerfulness and efficiency of all the people there was very good. The only reason I give 4* and not 5* is because it is taking me a while to get used to the new set up and the new staff when I had been with the previous dentist for so long. My problem though, not theirs and they did all they could to make me feel "at home".

This is not my regular dentist as I have moved from a different area, but I needed an emergency appointment due to pain from an infection. I rang and spoke to Emily one of the receptionists. They did not have an appointment left for that day but booked me in for the next day. Emily advised that should a cancellation come up earlier she would contact me which she duly did. I saw Dilan that afternoon who put me at my ease and was very gentle examining and x-raying my mouth. He explained the result fully to me, prescribed antibiotics to clear the infection and although I do need to have 2 extractions, which I’m obviously not looking forward to, I feel confident in the care I’ve received so far and will be changing to the practice. Great service!

Receptionist very friendly when I arrived. Dentist and assistant also very polite and friendly. Dentist I thought was very helpful and professional while giving advice. As a nervous patient I felt at ease with the Dentist. Thanks all👍

I'm such a nervous patient and honestly petrified of the dentist, I have need extensive work doing and my dentist here at Fleckney has been amazing, sat and explained everything step by step, kept checking in on me and reassuring me, even when half way through I had a panic attack and choked. My dentist amd assistant's were incredible, calmed me down and made me feel safe. I can not fault everybody at this Surgery.

I was impressed with the service I received during my recent visit to the hygienist. I am a nervous patient and was expecting it to hurt but I was given a clear explanation of what was going to happen, and this helped put me at ease. I was also given lots of useful information on how to care for my teeth following the visit.

Nervous dental patient before I joined this practice. Had to have a filling redone that had not quite settled properly. Procedure explain thoroughly from start to finish so no nasty surprises and knew exactly what to expect afterwards. Thank you ( Julia )

Shyam is the best dentist I have ever had. He instantly puts me at ease and calms my nerves. He communicates everything so clearly and is so gentle. The facility is always immaculate and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

I had 3 crowns fitted by Dilan and generally do not like visiting the dentist from past experiences when having fillings many years ago.
Dilan made me feel very relaxed and performed the dentistry with great skill and patience. It was actually a very pleasant experience and I have no reasons not to recommend the practice.
