Firs Dental

An amazing practice been going for years. The receptionists are amazingly friendly. Raj Gupta is wonderful. He treats everyone with respect and is extremely informative. Our daughter has special needs and now looks forward to the dentist with no fear, which is an accomplishment!
Would highly recommend this practice, they never undertake unnecessary work!

Everything about this practice is great. Appointments are readily available. The dentists I have seen have all been fantastic- and that is from the perspective of someone terrified of dentists

I always have a great experience at this dental practice. The two ladies on reception called Ann & Kelly Ann really are two lovely people. They chat to you and really make you feel relaxed and comfortable. My dentist Raj Gupta has to be the best dentist I have visited in a long time. He is friendly and his confidence and experience in the field really make you feel confident that the treatment you are getting is the best for you. Well done and keep up the high standards.

Firs Dental is a well organised Dental Practice with great treatment in a way which is done fairly quickly.
The only downside for me is the fees charged for my treatments are on the high side for private dentistry.
Maybe these can be looked at for the future.

This is a lovely dental practice. I’ve been coming for years always welcoming always professional very clean very lovely dentists who make you feel at ease and explain everything to you and your history I would highly recommend

Reception staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile, they are always helpful .Nice clean waiting area and dental rooms .My dentist was very patient with me and went through all my options clearly and I was emailed the plan and required payment before treatment so I had time to decide .
I love the little camera which takes pictures of before and after this really helps with understanding what's needed and going to happen and it gives a good view at what's been done too .The dental assistants are friendly too.

I had been visiting this practice as a private patient for years & until recently never had any issues. Unfortunately my usual dentist left Firs & I was allocated to a new (inexperienced) dentist. There was an issue following my routine scale & polish, which the practice failed to manage in an appropriate manner. I’ve never experienced such dire customer service - the practice team leader was extremely unprofessional with regards to the situation. I paid to have the issue rectified elsewhere. I have since cancelled my monthly private plan with Firs & will be moving to another practice.
