Omnia Dental Care (Baxenden Dental Practice)

Being somebody who doesn’t usually write reviews, I feel compelled to write this after the pleasant experience I had today at Baxendale Dental. I hadn’t been to a dentist in at least a couple of years, so nervous would be an understatement of how I felt in the waiting room. The place itself is clean and well presented- I was told by the friendly receptionist I would be seen by Dr Din. Immediately I thought of a scary character from a James Bond movie- this didn’t do well for my nerves! However I was greeted, within minutes, by the man himself. A confident yet very friendly young man who instantly gave me the feeling I was in good hands. We spoke at length about some interesting topics during my time with him. As well as, of course, starting my dental treatment. I’m looking forward to completing my treatment with him and catching up with him next week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to any of my family members or friends. So thanks guys and girls! See you soon!

I visited Baxenden dentist for the first time this week, I had an appointment with Dr Din, upon arrival I was politely greeted and promptly seen to by the staff and taken upstairs for my consultation. Dr Din is a very down to earth dentist who made me feel at ease immediately even though I hadn’t been to a dentist in the best part of 10 years. He gave honest advice and recommendations about what I should to improve the health of my teeth

I had my first experience here last week and I cannot fault them. The receptionists were polite and helpful, the dental nurse professional, warm chatty and the dentist himself was fantastic. Very impressed and I would highly recommend the practice.

First time visiting this clinic, lovely bunch of staff. Very welcoming at the reception. Dr A Din is far definetly the best dentist I've come across. I'd definitely recommend 👌👌

The staff are very nice. Last week my partner and I arrived at surgery for our appointment. We took a seat and wsitef to be called. Twenty minutes later were were still waiting to be called. Had no information from the receptionists as to why we were waiting twenty minutes.
I went to the desk to enquire the reason .
Two receptionists were there chatting, seemingly oblivious of our presence.
One of them asked of another person in the side room from reception area.
She said it shouldn't be too long.
Ten minutes later we were still sat waiting.
My partner was very cross with this situation, as was I. We decided enough was enough. We also had another appointment to attend. So, we walked out apologising to rececptionist.
Also, in the time we were patients at Baxenden we repeatedly got calls from them to change our appointment dates to suit them. Not good enough!
We will not be returning therefore are looking for an alternative.

Today I had a root canal by the superb dentist Jamal. I can't praise him enough, he was so kind, and very gentle. He explained everything every step of the way, and put me at ease throughout.
The nursing staff were very pleasant and also very professional.

I would certainly recommend this dental practice.

First time visiting this dentist today with Shammi, as a paying customer I expect the full service to be given. No scale or polish, just a few prods on my teeth and an x-ray. When questioned regarding scale and polish as it should be done on the nhs band I pay for and that I have always had it from my previous dentist, Shammi suggested I stay with my other dentist or Pay extra money for it. How rude, this dentist is all about the money clearly. This one star review is just for dentist I dealt with and not for the reception ladies who were lovely.

I had an appointment to see the dentist, unfortunately I forgot my money to pay the dentist, the receptionist asked the dentist if he will see me, he refused and told me to pre book again. I told the receptionist that I have waited a long time to get an appointment and I will go home and get the money, she said thats not an option because he has got other patients to see, she said I can pay by phone when I get home which I agreed but she said they close at 5pm, so that was not an option so I said I will drop the money off on Tuesday (because Monday was a bank holiday). That was not an option. I felt like it's all about money not patient care at all.
