Barnfield Dental Studio

I went to the studio for the first time the 6/7/22. I booked an emergency appointment because one of my fillings fell out while flossing. This was my first experience attending a dentist in the UK, so my impressions might not reflect the local market.
The member of the staff at the entrance was attentive. I waited less than 5 minutes before the dentist (Ruan) called me into the room. He was efficient in both the initial inspection and performing the treatment. I had enough time and information to decide on my treatment. I felt safe and respected. The whole procedure lasted less than 30 min. After two days, the new filling feels great. I am hoping it will last a couple of years. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dentistry.

I have always had a great experience at Barnfield Dental Studio. They have looked after my teeth for nearly 15 years. Both routine check-ups and treatment have been very good and the treatments have stood the test of time. They have given me very good advice and never pressured me to have treatment unless it is really needed. I have appreciated the kind and cheerful demeanour of the team, which is always very much appreciated!

I found the whole experience at Barnfiield Dental Studio to be excellent. Reception was helpful in booking the appointment, completed in an efficient and cheerful
manner. The standard of treatment was excellent and I was made to feel informed as to what was going to be done. The care by the Dentist and her nurse were of a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

You always feel very looked after, during the time you are there. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and 'chatty', and put you at your ease. Even when you are very nervous. Even though, sadly they do not see NHS patients anymore. I would recommend Barnfield Dental Studio to everyone.

I had a dentist appointment on the weekend and was met by a lovely and polite woman who had a nice smile at reception where so booked myself and my boys in for our appointments we had booked.
I was then called in by the dental nurse Miss Martin and she was so nice and caring towards my boys who where very nervous she distracted them amazingly very friendly and kind lady. Mr Ruan was very professional and took a quick look at there teeth and was very gentle.
We had a great experience the whole time we was here very happy with all our appointments we have had so far they have an amazing team there.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years after some terrible experiences when younger.
Today I went for a tooth extraction but I had already convinced myself I wasn't having it done before I went in.
After a chat with the receptionist then the dentist and dental nurse I actually felt comfortable enough to have it done. They were so kind and listened to concerns and I was in complete control of what was happening.
I still need more one more extraction but feeling more confident for next time.
I cant thank you all enough. 😁

UPDATE...
went back for my second extraction today, wasn't an easy one as area wouldn't numb at first, now I can't feel half my face 😂...but considering it took way longer than it should of, everyone was so patient and understanding.

OK, so no-one really likes going to the dentist - but I can't think of a better bunch of professional, happy, chatty, staff than those at Barnfield. A slight over-run by the dentist meant I had to go back after I'd seen the hygienist, but it was all dealt with simply and efficiently. Excellent service all round by everyone!
