My first impressions of the new my dentist in Warner st Accrington was not a good one, I went in to have a cap re cemented on the Friday that I went on holiday on the Sunday and had it replaced at around 10 o'clock in the morning and the cap fell out again approximately 8 hours later the same day which ment I had to find a out of hours dentist on Saturday to have a new temporary cap made and fitted for my holiday at a cost I should not have had to pay for if the dentist had known what they were doing

My partner has been struggling for months needing fillings and extractions due to an abscess. After eventually getting a check up he was told by the dentist that the fillings wouldn't really do anything- and tat there was still infection beneath it??! Now causes him constant pain and discomfort! He was then told that THE DENTIST wasn't confident enough to perform the extractions so referred him to the hospital to go under anaesthetic. Today (Thursday) he got a reminder for his appointment at 4pm.... Despite only ever booking Friday and Saturday appointments due to working away! (One reason for choosing this practise) Turns out they had also referred him to another dentist in another town, not the hospital or this practise! Absolutely ridiculous, unorganised and incompetent admin AND dental staff!

Been at the dentist since I was a kid, 20years easy if not more. It's gone down hill since Judith and Jeremy have left. Just because it's new people it's still NHS run so when I go for a check up I want the same treatment, zero scaling and polish but it is in with the band 1 £22.70 check up. The woman on the reception stated they only do it when it's needed , when it's needed , eh it's in with the price. She also said it's different people now , not the old people so it's run different, eh it's a set price because it's NHS lol actually just taking money and not doing anything. Knew it would go to the dogs soon as new people come in. Sadly I will be looking for another dentist

Very friendly staff and a polite and understanding dentist. Let me have treatment even though I'd not been for 18 month

Attended dentist on 11/02/2020 Not recommended not even worth 1 star. Lovvy does not even bother I complained about frequent tooth pain. The dentist lovy looks at my teeth takes xrays and says they fine and charges nhs. Weeks later I changed dentist when I went to the dentist they gave me 5 fillings full scale and polish and removed a decayed wisdom tooth. Due to her neglect i now have gingivitis. Why wasn't even one of those things picked up by lovy. If you a patient at this dentist make sure you stay alert

Having already had 2 appointments cancelled due to COVID-19 I turned up for my appointment yesterday only to be informed that I didn’t have an appointment on the system . Last time I saw the dentist she talked to me as if I was a child and all I can say about the reception staff is they spent the whole time complaining about the management. I will not be going back.

ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD BUT YOU CAN,T PUT LESS.
my partner went here and explained she was dyslexic, they gave her some papers after a check up and she left. a few weeks later she received a fine of £120 for not paying!!!!
WHY DID,NT THEY ASK FOR PAYMENT BEFORE SHE LEFT...

Lovely little practice, the dentists go above and beyond for their patients, the staff are very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
