Recently I moved from London and I joined this practice which I think it was the biggest mistake I made in my life. They are only care about money and not for patients. I took day off for appointment and hour before called me saying it’s cancelled. Did not care bit about my situation and trouble I been to attend this appointment. Then I was waiting for phone call from them which only takes minute it took them week to call me back and in between I called them many time and spoke to different person every time and still not sorted.

Had treatment at Drakes on New Bank Rd.
Very happy with the treatment I received. Excellent customer service, text message and call to remind me of my appointment. Staff were very friendly, I had my treatment options clearly explained to me and my questions answered. The treatment I had was first class.
Considering it was a trip to the dentist I almost enjoyed the experience!

Drakes Dentist , Whalley Range, Blackburn - Where the PATIENT COMES LAST. I have visited this dental surgery several times over the last few years, seen 3 dentists, unfortunately not been impressed by the treatment and service. I feel they only care about making money and how fast they can get the patient back out of the door. . I really don't like to leave a negative review but after giving many chances to this surgery they have left me no choice. Now I am sat here left with 2 unfinished treatments, one minor and one major, the major one was only noticed on my 2nd check up.

Trying to call is next to impossible. No selection: private care or general enquiries gets answered. The default answer machine always states “We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls”. Ironically I’ve never seen someone on reception actually answer the phone whilst I’ve been in the waiting room.
New Bank Road practice is far superior in every way.

Rude staff.
Stay well away.
Below par service don’t understand how this dentist practice hasn’t been closed down.

Absolutely disgraceful. Charged me for a appointment when it was part of an ongoing treatment. Had a filling done which I paid for. It started hurting so booked an appointment which they charged me again for. When questioned the response from both the receptionist and manager was the dentist that did your filling is not in today so you as you have seen another dentist you have to pay. Avoid this dentist does one even deserve the 1 star.

I have been going to drakes dental care for a couple of years now and I have never had any problems. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. On my last few appointments I have been seen by the lovely Israa, she is the kindest person and always makes me feel at ease during my appointments and always goes that extra mile to make sure my teeth are a 100%. Would recommend 😊

The receptionist is rude! Claims I’m swearing at her and hangs the phone up. Ring the practice back and starts shouting. JOKE!! Avoid this “practice”.

They have taken me off the register because I have not been since 2018 which was when I turned 18. So they could start charging me. I had no calls or text asking me to come back and they took me off their register 6 months later.

ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. Don’t care about you as a human or a patient.
