I'm a new patient at synergy and have to say on both my recent appointments they have been absolutely fantastic! I'm a very nervous patient and they have put my mind at ease and was very informative and made sure I was comfortable at my appointments. I am also pregnant and they have taken really good care of me. The reception staff have been very welcoming on every visit also! A**"

I was really nervous and hadn't had the best time with dental procedures in the past, but the lovely airy waiting room, the caring receptionists and really kind dentist and nurse really put me at ease. The dentist I saw managed to save a tooth I didn't think possible to save, sparing me from having a gap or needing a root canal. It was the first time I'd earned enough to pay for dental treatment and I was terrified about the costs, but it was okay and very reasonable. I know that the dentist actually did things in such a way to make sure that I saved as much money as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll be going back to have check ups and for the first time ever; fully trust the dentist! Thank you so much!

Visited Beckie (Dental thearpist) and Fatima (Dental Nurse). I was very nervious but they were great, explained everything they were doing, kept checking I was ok and took regular breaks. I would not hesitate going back or recommended them. They are friendly, understanding, professional but experts at putting their clients at ease.

Several General Dental Council Standards and regulations have been violated during my visit on 26th of October 06:30pm. Here are the following standards that have been violated:
2.3.6: I have not been given any treatment plan(before or after), nor have I signed any treatment plan(before or after).
2.3.7: No proposed treatment, nor an indication of costs were provided at all.
2.3.8: By any mean, I was not informed about the treatment plan, nor the change of treatment plan (which has been falsely changed by the clinic)
2.4.1: I was given wrong information about the cost of the treatment, verbally by a nurse.
3.1.2: No consent have been gathered by the dental practice before or after the treatment .
4.1: My record on the system has false information.
The above articles are governing principles to protect patients from being abused so please adhere to the rules.

After a horrific visit to this practice, 2 days later, I phoned the receptionist, 'Fatima', to get hold of any document that outlines the treatment I received(treatment plan). She put me on hold then she said that I have to pay an extra 100£, on top of what I've paid, when I asked her 'why 100£?', she made an allegation of a treatment I didn't receive, nor signed any legal binding documents for.

The dental practice also needs to be considerate of 'Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002'.

I've phoned a rude receptionist today, and she won't take complaints. May I please have a competent employee get in touch with me.

After having pain in my tooth, Synergy helped me and put me at ease. They were sympathetic, professional and efficient. I will be returning for all of my dental care. I couldn’t recommend their team and their services enough. 10/10.

Went as a new patient on November 25th, had an appointment at 9.40 but was seeing at 10.40 after having to ask about the delay. Another person that arrived before me was still waiting to be seeing when I came out of my rather disappointing appointment.
I booked an Oxyjet clean and a check up. The treatment was supposed to last 30 min but it was way faster than that and the check up lasted 1 min max... The dentist didn't speak to me more than 3-4 routine questions and a 3 words answer to a question I asked. Some teeth didn't feel done after the treatment.
The consultation room was so tiny they had to move the chair up and down to be able to move around the room.
I understand that things can be done fast but I definitively didn't get the service I payed for, felt like I waisted my money. On top of that, absolutely no human connection or empathy.

Mixed experiences (some amazing, some disappointing) - so I won’t be back. Some dentists are really friendly, thorough, and helpful… but others don’t say much at all, and don’t offer much advice or aftercare instruction.

Beware - the Booking Website can be confusing with regards to pricing. (£25 refers to a non-refundable deposit, not a treatment cost). This mistake may have been rectified since posting this.

Credit to the practice - they gave a personalised response to my complaint, within their 10 day process window.

The dentist and nurse were informative, reassuring and worked very efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised as I often feel uncomfortable in the dentist chair. This experience has been very positive.
