I back home very angry after my son appointment with the dentist this morning, the dentist she is around 50 years old to be clear which one I’m talking about , she was so impatient and very cold as a dentist dealing with 7 years old boy that he is so scared to open his mouth for the checkup, also her way of communication not friendly at all
An African man with her in the room was taking the blood pressure of my son, but the child moves sometimes which is normal, so the man wasn’t happy at all about that, I was surprised to find him asking me : is your son autism ? I said why? He said because he keeps moving,
I said my son is not autism and most of the kids when they go to the dentist they feel uncomfortable and they keep moving,
Hope the manager reading this, please tell me if this is notmal? For me it’s not
Anyway never again dealing with this dentist

The dentist I've seen today she's so abstract, rough & rude & did not investigate exactly what's the problem of my tooth I am expecting her to do another x-ray as the previous x-ray might not the same as what I had before although is the same problem/pai. I did complain about her assistant before & she's questioning me about my complaints about her that her colleague written on. instead of making me feel better she made my pain worse, she's just horrible person, she should not be in that kind of job, If she can't do it properly. She's not even confident herself as she was explaining to me that she might not take out my tooth in one go. She's bloody annuisence I am so angry at her. I really hate her.

I just spoke to a lovely woman on reception, i had called about my partners chronic tooth ache, she took my number and called me back with an appointment for him today! So incredibly helpful and kind. Was much better help then 111!!!

Didn't even wait for injection to take before extraction of 2 teeth on my daughter, she felt severe pain on both, rushed us through without a care, awful treatment for nervous patients.

I would highly recommend this practice for anxious patients. I took my 5 year-old daughter for sedation treatment. The whole team was very professional, friendly and understanding. My daughter felt very comfortable during the whole procedure. Took 10 minutes and finished with everything. Thank you very much for the professionalism! Highly appreciated!

SHOCKING TREATMENT, 4 months of tooth , throat and ear pain for a straight forward filling , when I called to say I’m in constant pain after my filling I was told ,don’t worry that particular dentist who treated me won’t be coming back again ,TERRIBLE treatment and aftercare. I had to go to an emergency dentist as i was in excruciating pain after my awful treatment , X-ray showed irreversible nerve damage and infection ,and I now have to get that tooth extracted .

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Dentists and nurses very professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Simon is amazing, I was dreading my daughters appointment today as I was unsure how she would react with her treatment as she has autism and panics a lot due to being in different places. Simon was brilliant made her feel so relaxed that she actually finished all her treatment in one go! He has an amazing way with children and nervous patients trust me I’m one of them ... best dentist I have ever seen and I’m looking forward to actually having a filling my self ! 🙌🏻 Go see him guys his honestly the best around
