Fantastic Dental Surgery! Always very happy with my treatment.
Mr Patel Senior has looked after my partner for many years which is why I joined. I've always seen his Son Mr Patel Junior.
Slick, efficient and careful treatment. I am always kept a part of the process and very much informed as to what's going on.
Lastly, it means more than anything to me to be able trust my Dentist and I can say 100% that I trust Mr Patel and his lovely professional Assistant.
It's a warm and welcoming Practice to step into, as a patient you always feel completely reassured and staff are kind to one another.

My experience with Cheshunt Dental Practice was life changing. I've got back my smile and confidence. One of my front teeth has been discoloured as a result of a root canal treatment done many years ago. I had a porcelain crown done, at another practice, which didn't match the rest of the teeth in shade or shape. Dr Rumeet Patel did a new crown for me,that looks just perfect. I am very pleased, I have now a perfect smile.

We all know that a trip to the dentist can be a very traumatic experience for some people. But i must say i've felt very relaxed every time i've stepped into the Practice. The professional service and customer care i've received from not only the front office staff but from the dentists themselves has been second to none on every ocassion.
I would especially like to highlight and give special thanks to Dr Holly Hern for her professional and diligent manner on every appointment i have made with her. She has always been very clear on the structure of the appointment and what's needs to be done if anything. She approaches her job with an abundance of energy and always wears a big smile on her face! Holly comes with high recommendation.

This dental practice is 10/10.Dr Rumeet Patel is excellent, Friendly honest and very good at his job just a lovely bloke.keeps you updated of what is going on, and does what's best for you and not his pocket. I Will definitely recommend and for sure will be returning. Keep up the good work

I have been receiving treatment with this practice since 1974. In the 46 years I have been visiting The Cheshunt Dental Practice I have always found them professional, kind and caring. They have never cancelled an appointment or kept me waiting.

I originally saw Mr Patel Senior who was always humorous and put me at ease as I'm an anxious patient. His son, Mr R Patel Jnr has taken over the practice and follows beautifully in his father's shoes.

I am presently in lock down in America and have a crisis going on with my teeth. Mr Patel kindly accepted a call from me for an advice consultation this week. The advice he gave me was clear and honest and I appreciate that as it means I'm having treatment in the USA. I so wish Mr Patel was here right now!

Takes weeks if not months to get an appointment, then if you're literally 2mins late they give your appointment away and your told over an hour's wait. Terrible customer care

I've been a patient of Mr Patel (junior) for several years now. He is very professional, thorough, friendly and approachable to talk to about any issues. If I've ever been concerned about anything, Mr Patel has always made sure I'm completely satisfied and we'll informed. I met the lovely Hygienist, Victorious Billionaire today. As well as being utterly delightful to talk with, she too is a perfectionist and wants you to leave a happy customer.
It's a fabulous practice and one I'd recommend to anyone!!
