I have been going to my dentist for about a year to Nikos who I believe is the best dentist I’ve had. After spending a small fortune with another dental practice which had to be redone property by Nikos who is so gentle, polite and talks you through your treatment. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for sure!

I never thought i would feel relaxed at a dentist but i genuinely was. Nikolaos Nanouris was very reassuring and showed great empathy. All the staff were friendly and kind which helped make me feel more at ease. Thank you so much for taking my pain away.

Absolutely terrified of the dentist I'm 35 and I've never really had a good experience. I can not recommend Jens enough. Chloe was fantastic as well, really put me at ease.
I'm mid root canal and I didn't even feel it. Attentive and wonderful people on reception as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking attitude from the dentists assistant I actually left in tears because of her attitude, just so wrong and definethly concerning from a healthcare professional.
Also my 6 months clean up advised by the dentist turned into 9 and nearly 10 had I not challenged the reason of the cancellation and when finally got my appointment reinstated after 15 minutes delay and 7 minutes in the chair, the assistant taking the liberty to insult my intelligence, the dentist informed me that I had to wait another 3-4 weeks for my actual treatment - this is absolutely shocking and unacceptable-had I not insisted on keeping my appointment I was looking at a 1 year wait for my cleaning treatment!!
Adding to this that answering honestly their covid questionnaire brings further frustration as the staff haven't got a clear idea of what they need to do.
Also the bare minimum reception staff can do is advise when there is a wait/delay into being seen (10-15 minutes makes a difference when you plan things ahead) - it is common sense and courtesy!
I seriously hope this place is reviewed by the competent authorities as things are not as they should be, I am absolutely horrified about my next appointment.
I honestly feel thst they treat NHS patients in such a way to force them to go under my options plan or privately.

Cancellation after cancellation - sometimes 2 years to wait for a checkup!!! My son has had his appointment cancelled/moved so many times, finally on the train alone to his appointment this morning (he has anxiety so this was a big thing for him) - they have literally just cancelled his appointment on his way there. Train fare paid for out of very low student funds. I am livid. Who is running this practice and who do I complain to and how is my son supposed to get his tooth pain sorted?

Don’t bother calling them. They’re never open when they say they are. I’ve been sitting her with a big abscess I’ve tried ringing multiple times and no answer👍

I had not been to a dentist for far too long, so was quite nervous about going again. Nikos and all the other staff were very friendly. When I returned soon after for treatment, this was also a positive experience with the work being done well. At all times, the team checked I was doing okay. The price seemed fair for the work that was done. I will be returning!

Always have a great experience our dentist is amazing and is always so friendly. Very happy and feel very lucky to have found such a great NHS dentist.
