Called asking to see someone, as I am feeling extreme sensitivity in my teeth. Got told I have been removed from the register because I do not visit every 6 months for an appointment. Some people cannot afford to spend money on seeing a dentist, or paying for work or anything else associated with the visit every 6 months. Simply removing people from your list, without even warning them will now lead to people using emergency dental services, A&E, or not actually attending a dentist in the future. Some people will suffer through the pain as things get worse, whilst you shirk your responsibility to look after the safety of your patients by simply removing people from your list. This will disproportionately affect the poorest people on your register, as they resist seeing a dentist due to the costs, and when they feel they need to see a dentist, they are not able to access any services. Way to break down the patient/dentist relationship. Awful service, awful phone manner, awful explanation. I will now have to waste the time and resources of the 111 service just to see if I can find a dentist. Your awful, ill thought out policy will lead to increased use of emergency services.

My dentist was very thorough in trying to find the reason for a problem I had. I didn’t feel rushed and both the dentist and hygienist were friendly and professional.

Excellent all round treatment, friendly and efficient reception and the very professional dentist and dental assistant, drove away my fear of dentists

I recently attended for some uncomfortable treatment but Abbas was very patient and reassuring, so many thanks to him. His assistant and reception staff were lovely and cheerful too.

Friendly and helpful receptionists and my dentist and the dental nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I’ve seen two dentists here, my child had a filling by an old man who looked like he had Parkinson’s!! I almost stopped the procedure, my daughter is brave but she ended up in tears because he was wobbling a big needle all over her gums ! He did not communicate well and I told the reception to never book anyone in my family with him again.
Although the small foreign dentist is a joy!!! We all look forward to seeing him! He’s fantastic with kids, he’s upbeat and chatty and he makes us all laugh 😂 lovely man.

Had no end of trouble here… appointments always cancelled even before Covid. Went to dentist Tuesday 26/10 dentist prodded and poked upper tooth and then took a X-ray then explained “your filing is decaying and you need another “ explained wasn’t on NHS and had to now pay he explained I could have the filing completed and then pay £45 . Receptionist said this was incorrect and bluntly said unless I pay the balance no appointment is booked. I now have excruciating pain from gum and tooth and whole mouth from dentists prodding and have pain where no pain was before. I’m in so much pain and extremely distressed .. can’t believe they’ve made work which wasn’t needed.
