Disaster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My wife has phoned the clinic and asked for tightening an implant crown. She have sent all the paperwork of the implant what kind etc. They have booked an appointment to fix the issue. She had to pay a fee of £35 before the visit. When she arrived, the dentist straight away said to her that they cant fix it as they dont know this brand of implants..... The dentist didnt had a clue what she was doing.. We wanted a refund for waisting our time, they havent refunded the money!!! Saying that the visit took place!! They booked a visit after knowing all the details!! And waisted our time and money. Very unprofesional avoid at all costs.

Dr Dessislava Popova has given me confidence to smile without covering my mouth, something I have never felt I could do. I had quite a complex case with over crowding, missing teeth, overlapping and raised upper canines and even though she admitted it was her most challenging case to date she was encouraging and enthusiastic that she could help give me a smile to be proud of and she definitely achieved that. All the team at Octagon were friendly and professional. If I had known how easy it was going to be with Dr Dessi and her team to have the six month smile ceramic braces I would of gotten over my embarrassment to show anyone my teeth and done it sooner. I can not Thank you all enough.

Superb service today at Octagon by Dr Dessislava Popova. My wife required two complex extractions, one part broken tooth and a crown.

She was put ease throughout the procedure by the dentist and her assistant. The actual extractions were not at all straight forward, they required skill and experience. We received a first class service from start to finish.

got my braces done here and in just a month i could see a huge different and cant wait to take them off and everyone was very welcoming and very reassuring and eased my nerves would recommenced.

Been going here for the past 6 months to recieve there six month smile treatment by Dr.Dessi. Throughout I have been explained each step, felt comfortable and enjoyed the process. My teeth have moved amazingly, from being crowded to now beautifully straight! I am so so happy with my smile.
