University Dental Practice

I went to have a filling and a crown put on. I have always felt very nervous going to the dentist. However I was in the practice for an hour and a half and it was the best experience I have every had. Dr Rupert and Leanne were both friendly and calming. Thank you.

The receptionist was rude to us, especially to my husband and my son who is only six. Due to language barrier my husband was unable answer all of the questions the receptionist was asking and instead he said my wife can answer ( while I was on my way to the practice) but the receptionist had said but Im asking you not your wife!. Why? Why did she choose to respond this way if this isn't only because she is racist. Then at the end when we were making the payment, my son (6 years old) leaned the receptionist desk and she turned to him and said please do not lean to my desk! And when she was saying these words her face was firm and not showing any expression that she was talking to a kid.
I was happy with the dentist’s service but not with the receptionist. I don’t know was she racist because we are Muslims or because we are of different ethnic group. Which ever it is I do not accept it especially if I’m highly respectful to her and everyone in the practice.

Very professional and helpful and they did a lot of work on my teeth in a very short amount of time. I am very happy with the results and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. It was also my 4 year old sons first visit to a dentist and he was made to feel very comfortable and surprisingly enjoyed it. All the staff are very friendly.

Staff are lovely and make you feel at ease. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but staff do all they can to put you at ease and talk about what is best for you. They listen to your concerns and talk about all possiblities.

Left a phone message which was promptly returned. I made an appointment to have my filling replaced. Then I got an overkill of messages and emails requesting I complete my personal details (about 5 pages).
The receptionist and dentist were v friendly and efficient.
I was lucky there was an oral hygenist cancellation a couple of days later so I could have plaque removed and teeth polished. Recommendations were given to help keep plaque to a minimum.
In all I was very happy and would recommend the University Dental Practice to all. I have been with them for many years.
