Very professional, helpful and friendly staff.

I went here as a walk-in patient and was seen much faster than I thought I would be. I had to go after a not finished root canal became infected.

I've never been one for feeling anxious about seeing a dentist, but the dentist I saw made me feel even more comfortable than I normally do.

She talked me through exactly what she would be doing, and was finished much quicker than I expected.

Our government really needs to sort itself out and put more funding towards the NHS. They do so much for us and deserve more funding.

So I arrived this morning at 10am for an emergency appointment and I can’t fault the receptionist as he was friendly and professional but the part that I have to criticise is the waiting time. I waited an hour for an emergency appointment and nobody seen me so I lost my patience and walked away. I don’t understand why It took an hour (it’d probably take twice as long just to get seen to)

So I’ve decided to take another route in regards to my dental problem. Definitely make sure you’ve got plenty of free time since it takes ages to get seen to! Or go to another dentist.

Absolute joke my boyfriend was sent to this place as an emergency by 111. Dental nurse on 111 said it sounded like he needed antibiotics. We arrived and lots of people waiting holding the side of their faces. I had a bad feeling as a lot of people were going in and coming out no more than a minute later upset saying they “won’t do anything just refer me” one woman broke down in floods of tears crying that she couldn’t take the pain anymore and all they will do is refer her. My boyfriend was called in he looked in his mouth for what seemed like less than ten seconds and just said “I will X-ray and refer you” no prescription no telling him what the problem was. We just two more people that were in and out in less than 1 minute! I get nhs isn’t there biggest money maker but they were literally making £23.80 for less than a minute. Today 111 sent him to a different dentist because the pain was so severe that he had exceeded the amount of painkillers he should take. That dentist took his time told him exactly what the problem was and exactly what needed doing. Prescribed him antibiotics telling him he needs to get the antibiotics into his system as soon as possible! Todays dentist also commented on how shocked he was that he had seen a dentist 2 weeks ago and they didn’t send him away with antibiotics! I feel sorry for anyone that gets sent to this dentist by 111 for an emergency appointment they won’t help you! They will leave you in agony! They will happily take your money for less than a minute of there time! Avoid

I am an NHS patient at another practice. They had treated me for the loss of a crown as an emergency on a Friday pm. In agony on the Saturday and they would not do anything. Finally rang Damira as could not take much more pain. I went and again they treated it to ease the pain. Next day (Sunday) I was climbing the walls and went back. The dentist decided it had to come out. It took 11 injections and the perseverance of the amazing dentist to finally get it out. The root was like jelly so it was never going to get better. The dentist was calm and was incredibly kind and empathetic. He told me he could not give any further injections so it had to come out now. I cannot tell you the relief I felt when it was out (might have been the anaesthetic) It healed well. I cannot praise them enough as I was at my wits end but they were there for me.

Receptionist with hair braids extremely rude i was told by my practice in Lee on Solent that they would be aware we were coming but she said she wasn’t she said she knew nothing about it.
I said to call the other practice but she refused to and said that we would have to sit and wait 4 or more hours. No acknowledgement we were in any queue or any dentist was informed. Denied knowing anyone i had spoken to previously and really didn’t seem to care. Are we short on good receptionists now as well as dentists and vets. Left after an hour to pay private at the same company around the corner. A reflection of the state this country is in. Some concern or sympathy or even a hint of customer service wouldn’t have gone a miss. Shame on you lady!!!!

After breaking a front tooth at the weekend I struggled to get an emergency appointment over the next 2 days at my local dental practise. When I asked for advice they recommended Damira Sharland House who also offer a walk in service. I phoned first and spoke with a lady who was extremely helpful and gave me some options; I opted for a 15 minute consultation the next day. I wasn't in pain but I had lost my smile. I completed all the necessary forms online prior to my consultation. I arrived early and parked up in a reasonably priced pay and display next to Damira Sharland House. After a short wait I went into the dentist and Lina gave me options and what treatment we should do over the next few weeks, which I agreed to. She then put in a temporary filling which restored my smile and we arranged the next appointment in a week. I was impressed with how professional, efficient, caring all the staff were. I felt at ease, well done!

Was in extreme pain and was given an emergency appointment at short notice by sympathetic receptionist. Dentist and assistant outstanding in dealing with an infected and difficult to remove Wisdom tooth. Quick, effective, and job done with great humour and professionalism. The practice rely on locums; this particular dentist is highly recommended!

I broke my tooth Christmas Eve and I called 111 Xmas day and these lovely people were booked in by 111!
I got given an appointment within a few hours, I came in and they repaired my tooth straight away! Thanks so much for giving up your special day to help people like me, it really really meant so much to me today thank you -
