Excellent treatment, friendly and efficient. The lovely Di on reception always makes me feel welcome.
Hygienist Jo is lovely and makes dreaded visits almost pleasant. Dentist Steve Robb puts you at your ease. His local anaesthetic injections are completely painless and I have been very happy with his work and advice.
I would highly recommend Norfolk House.

Excellent care from all. The receptionists are very caring and pleasant to deal with and do their utmost to help, particularly with emergency appointments. Dr Robb is very professional and kind and explains procedures fully. Trudy is the best hygienist that I have ever been treated by and is so caring. All the dental nurses are lovely too.

Service at Norfolk House is smoothly efficient like a friendly machine. From reception to hygienist to dental examination everything went as it should with information supplied all the way through. One can only feel confident & reassured by their professionalism with a personal touch.

Very happy with this practice. I used to attend it when i was a child with Mr Ripley and Mr Allen and now iv come back to them. Pleased its as friendly as its always been. Reception staff very efficient. My dentist and hygienist are very good.

I’ve been with Norfolk all my life and could never fault them. The receptionists are always lovely and let me pay over the phone at my convenience when I don’t have money or my card with me. They also have a water machine with cups in the reception area which is always appreciated, as well as a nice bathroom which you can brush your teeth in before your appointment. My dentist Dr Robb always puts me at ease and takes the time to explain things I don’t understand. Brilliant and professional service.

Ever since I have registered as a patient at Norfolk House the team have provided an exceptionally high standard of care. From the warm welcome by Di and the other reception staff to the expert advice and treatment provided by Dr Robb and Trudie the hygienist. Their unhurried approach and comprehensive explanation of any treatment required is always reassuring and promotes confidence in all that they do.

I have always found the Receptionists at Norfolk House extremely friendly especially Diane.
Jo my Hygienist has almost become a friend because she is so good at her job and genuinely interested in patients.
I recently had an emergency and Mr Robb helped me immediately and two weeks later Ms.Shah took my tooth out and I was so pleased with her concern and solicitous attitude to my care and welfare.
