Old Harlow Dental Practice

I have been attending this Practice for many years. It is by far the best Dental practice I have ever been to. Dr Zacharatos has been looking after my teeth since I moved. All work carried out professionally to the highest standards. Staff are courteous and helpful. Please note, I am not easily pleased.

Excellent, professional and reasonable price.
Receptionists are well-behaved.
Nurses are very polite. Ms. Diva was excellent.
Dentists are well-trained.
Dr. F. Mansoor was approachable, accommodating, patient, professional and excellent.
I'd happy to go there again and happy to share my positive experience.

Great practice! Dr Zacharatos is an excellent dentist and very professional. He response to my call and help me with my problem immediately even though I wasn’t their patient. He will definitely be my dentist for now on. I would highly recommend this practice.

I think people are often too quick to write letters of complaint and forget to give feedback when they’ve had incredible service so I thought I’d take the time now.

I’ve been scared of the dentist since I can remember, which is quite embarrassing for someone in their 40’s! I’ve been to many dentists over the years and had varying experiences but no one has ever made me feel comfortable until I’ve visited Merje. I’ve even gone to a few private practices naively thinking that would change and I’d get some kind of ‘superior’ service, ridiculous I know!

I’ve only had a few appts with her but every time she has made me feel at ease with my CRAZY SENSISTIVE teeth! She’s kind, warm, funny and reassuring. She’s often calmed my issues or worries before I’ve even needed to express them. Today for example I was terrified of a clean and she offered me an injection to numb my mouth. I’ve never had that offered to be before. I know I could ask for it but I’ve never felt comfortable doing that as I feel slightly stupid for asking. She gives me options with everything I need/ask for, talks me through everything in a patient gentle way and although I’m still very apprehensive about the dentist I honestly feel for the first time less fearful knowing I’m in her care.

Anyway, I just wanted to give some feedback as it’s Friday and who doesn’t want to be told they’re fabulous?!?!

Mrs Manzoor looks after me incredibly. I am a challenging patient for her, not only with nervousness but also with my stage IV tonsil cancer and Trismus. She makes me feel so welcome, she tried to allay my fears. Highly recommend her.

Been a patient almost from the beginning….couldn’t rate this practice highly enough never been let down. The receptionists always pleasant and helpful when needed.
I feel blessed to have such a kind caring dentist. My past experiences from when I was a child and growing up have left a fair bit of trauma ….to this day it’s an ordeal sitting in the chair…. Dr Zacharatos is a gem ….takes time to communicate regarding any concerns that I may have and that to me is worth it’s wait in gold …..provides a great hygienist who is full on with what you should be doing to keep your teeth healthy for as long as you can….I’ve had a bit of private work done as well as I felt I could trust my dentists judgement ….that says a lot for me so long may they continue to provide a great service.

I truly wish I could give Old Harlow Dental Practice more than 5-Stars. All the staff are extremely helpful & courteous and I truly appreciate them all. I have been coming here for a few years now and my experience is a very positive one. Dr Zacharatos is very skilled at what he does, a gentle craftsman and he is very caring. It is easy to see that he cares both staff and patients. The receptionists are always very polite and caring and always tend to put one at ease. Based on the results of my dental treatments and the caring nature of all of the staff I would recommend this practice and wish I could give it more than 5-Stars. Thank you.

I am the worst kind of patient for a dentist to have to deal with and Yet Mr Zacharatos is gentle, kind and compassionate as he talks me through the process, ensuring that I am pain free and as comfortable as possible at all times. His patience is immeasurable for those that have had precious bad experiences and his reassuring smile never fails to make me feel silly for the nerves I have built up prior to my visit.
