I've had a mixed experience at this dental practice. It all depends on the dentist you have. I've had two female dentists whose work and attitude was seriously lacking and sub standard. I also had a lovely male dentist who was so reassuring, work was of good standard and gave sound advice.

I went here a year ago and did not have the best service. It’s really hard to park anywhere around the area and the car park was full opposite. I tried to call and tell them 3 times I was running late but no one answered. When I was 10mins late they told me I had missed my app and had to wait another hour to be seen.

When I saw the dentist Dr Iffath she was nice and pleasant and I needed a filling which she did a really good job and was pleased with her.

The hygienist on the other hand Selina was so rough and harsh with my teeth, didn’t care that she was hurting me and left me with anxiety of going to a dentist. Luckily I have another dentist surgery now who have helped me with my worries.

I would not go back due to the way I was treated.

Was removed from practice for no reason. Staff rude unhelpful and have an attitude.

A dishonest practice. They installed my crown poorly, so I then went in the next week to get it fixed. Whilst they acknowledged their original mistake, they still charged me for that second appointment to fix it. I'm not sure why I had to pay additional costs (in addition to the band 3 cost I had already paid), in order to fix their mistake. Surely the whole treatment should be covered by the initial band 3 payment I originally made -- including any appointments required to fix errors they made.

It's a not-very-subtle money-grabbing approach, which is sadly common amongst NHS dentists. They lure you in with the NHS logo, so you think it will be affordable, but then they subsequently act more money-grabbing than any private dentist I've experienced. It's much better to go private than to deal with these dishonest people.

Other reviewers have noted problems here. People should use a different dentist in Harlow.

First time at the dentist after a previously traumatic experience elsewhere, Dr Neelam was so patient and lovely, took me through everything she was going to do, was very gentle & reassured me the whole time. I couldn’t give a higher commendation. The receptionists have always been really helpful & very kind when I have called to register and make my first appointments.

Would recomend it to everyone. Today was a first day at dentist cabinet for my smaller son and he got the best experience he could ever get from doctor Iffath and beautyfull nurse Cherice. I understand dental practices are extremelly busy at this time, but doctor and nurse find time to cheer up our little one, as he was nervous and encouraged him to not be woried of dentists. We were provided all help and information needed. I were soo worried before visit and calm, relaxed after.
Very pleased, that son could be registered and even got our first appointment within few days, while at other places queues are 1 year long just to be registered. Exception from others, that do not need to waight outside in cold for appointment, were accepted by doctor soon as we came, very friendly and helpfull staff. Were surprised today in a very good way. Concidering to register my whole familly here. Thank you very much🤗 Thumbs up and carry on👍👍👍

The dentist, dr Ahmed was absolutely lovely. She had to remove my tooth & despite it being a physically difficult procedure she remained relaxed & professional & made me feel calm & relaxed. A big thanks to dr Ahmed & her nurse who made a scary experience much more bearable.
