Keats House Dental Surgery

This practice is amazing! Our dentist, Dr. J Patel is absolutely wonderful, and so friendly. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists, but he put me at ease and I felt so relaxed with him. The receptionists are also wonderful and are happy to help with anything, and are always lovely and smiley. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you’re nervous as I guarantee you’ll be treated with respect and patience!

Fantastic with nervous patients and with my kids. I truthfully wouldn't go anywhere else. The practice is very clean and dental nurse is nice.
Ingrid the hygienist is also fantastic, I have never met someone who loves their job so much! Very informative and very kind.
The booking system could do with updating as you can only book by telephone, noone ever answers the phone, you are forced to leave a message and then wait for a call back which if you miss the call puts you in the same cycle again and they won't amend appointments by email and there is no longer an online booking system.. but other than that i cannot fault the practice.

I was very thankful for the care that my dental practice showed me during my visit.From the receptionist,assistant of the dentist and the dentist.
They accommodated me eventhough my emergency dental appointment will be on Saturday August 20.
I suffered from periodontal gum disease.It was flaring up with my molar tooth infection.My face started swelling and before Saturday it will be getting bigger and bigger.

I received the right assessment and treatment.After taking an antibiotic the pain got better .I need to finish the 7 day course of antibiotic for complete healing.
I had sleepless night due to terrible pain and couldn’t eat food only.I can manage to have only sips of water before.
Thank you to all the staff of Keats House Dental Practice for taking good care of my periodontal gum disease and for taking good care of dental health of my children too.

The dentist and hygienist are so gentle with me and very careful with my young 7year old. Excellent . However suggest Internet access so children can access school homework or games so making the time waiting in reception more pleasant, relaxing and productive. There is nothing to read or watch so very boring especially for kids and frustrating for adults.

This practice is friendly, efficient and helpful. Their communication is excellent, always emailing appointments and following up with reminders. The dentists and hygienists make you feel confident and reassured.

I have been going to Keets House for many years. I am a very very nervous patient and this has always been taken into account, by the reception staff, the dentists and the nurses. I am so grateful for the kindness and professional care I have had. I have recently moved to another county with every intention of travelling back to see Shavani, as she is one of the best and nicest dentist I have had.I totally trust her. Alot of my family have been and still come to this practise and we all feel the same.

I have been with the Practice for 40 + years. Dentists come and go overtime but I have always been happy with my care. Staff for the most part are helpful and try to accommodate you and your needs. I have advised others to use the Practice.

I don't have a regular dentist as I can't afford to.
I had an absis. It was delt with in a professional manner and with great communication from the team that help me.
I was advised on a course of action, but at present can't afford to action it.
So for a one of emergency visit was good.
