Friendly and efficient with a lovely warm atmosphere as soon as you arrive at reception.
My appointments have always been prompt as per my appointment times.
Dr. Workman is very friendly, kind, caring and very professional. Always made to feel at ease immediately. All treatment is explained and Dr. Workman is always happy to oblige with any questions or concerns you may have.
My dental nurse Lilly on my last visit for surgery was very reassuring . Very chatty !!!! throughout my one hour surgery, which I found a comfort and my one hour surgery went by very quickly. Thank you Lilly.
I have nothing but praise for Affinity, highly recommend, professional and polite.
I would also like to mention Tracey my hygienist. Tracey not only does an amazing job by checking and cleaning my teeth to a high standard, she also goes to the extra mile to make sure that I am at ease and comfortable all through my treatment.

Where to start. If you’re looking for the perfect dentist, I think I have found him. However, the whole team are fantastic, everyone at Affinity is extremely professional, friendly, funny and incredibly welcoming. My 11 month journey with Peter has taken me from being absolutely terrified of dentists, physically paralysed with fear at the thought, to now being able to walk in calmly, on my own, comfortable in the knowledge that I will be looked after like a member of the family. This including plenty of aftercare reassuring phone calls, going above and beyond throughout.
Peter and his manager Christie get a big thumbs up here, they are both very attentive and have a lovely calming nature about them. They are Just lovely honest people.
I love the fact that they treat you like a real person and not a blank cheque book. At every stage of my treatment, from the initial consultation, clean up, disease treating, denture fitting, moulding, implant screw placing, temp bridge fitting, permanent bridge designing and final fitting, they have listened to everything me and my husband have had to say and acted on our needs with no fuss. At no stage was there ever any pushy salesmanship or scaremongering. Everything in my experience was upfront and honest with advice and guidance only given when and where needed, after all they are the professionals!
An emotional rollercoaster, but I am finally leaving after 11 months and gone from having a mouth of council bin teeth (1 black, 1 brown, 1 missing!), to the smile of my dreams. I could not be happier and genuinely feel like a new woman. I feel great, think I look great and am back in my comfort zone, confident, smiley and mentally on the road back to being me. I genuinely would recommend Affinity to anyone; they are simply fantastic at what they do. Thank you so, so much.

If I knew this before hand I would of not bothered considering the costs. The website does not stipulate any of this and neither the documentation they provided to me.
In addition to this dissapointing news, I was then later informed and to my suprice after being told the prior information after paying that I must complete the full treatment prescribed along with any cosmetic treaments (that were my preference) to be eligble to join their plan!
It took 1 month of back and forth for the practice manager to step in and clarify to me that I don't infact have to carry out the cosmetic treaments but only the nesscary ones prescribed! I was also labeled as acting like a 'Victim' and and my emails called 'ramblings' when trying to make sense of the contradicting points and expressing my disatisifaction about the situation.
I have asked for a refund for my new patient exam as I do not wish to continue as the practice is not able to provide me with what I want, along with the poor commuication and dismissive attitude they have given me. Sadly I have been refused a refund and have been told that they have 'delivered the service I paid for' ... No acknowledgment and complete disregard to anwser me that I have been ill-informed.
Please be very cautious and push for infomation before paying up front.
