This is a first rate practice, with friendly caring professionals. My son had Orthodontic treatment here, they explained the process every step of the way and what to expect next, with genuine care. My daughter required orthodontic care and was referred to Down Town Dental. Her treatment began in February 2020 prior to the first lockdown and due to this it has been a long journey. She is under the care of Andy and I cannot thank him enough, he is a total perfectionist and when her braces came off today I could see that the journey had been worthwhile! He has made my daughter feel at ease from the moment he met her and his personality and the way he conducts himself professionally allows you to put all your trust into the work he is doing! I would not hesitate in recommending Andy and his team! Thanks again, my daughter has not stopped smiling!

Couldn't fault anything Andy has done for my daughter. Friendly and professional straight from the start. Makes a nice change to see someone enjoying their job so much!

Unpleasant experience! Receptionist was too busy to inform Orthodentist not on duty. Waste of time and travel for school going child who unfortunately missed lesson to attend the appointment. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I am always worried and nervous when I go to the dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while, but as soon as I got in there, sat down the nerves were gone.
