Excellent service and friendly staff. Just finished a fairly long course of Dental treatment which was all carried out by Agne who is a brilliant and efficient dentist. I feel very fortunate to have received such great care as an NHS patient especially with the way things are at the moment in NHS dentistry. Thank you Agne

Well,I'd like to say the staff periodically ignores the client and some of them seems to be dissatisfied with the job they do there,furthermore I would like to ask you please accept the patients on time,don't make them to wait because we are working too and times money,so if you take money in advance you treat,be so kind to accept clients on time. Its unacceptable to stay I'm corridor and wait until the dentist is ready to call you. What if we came late on an appointment?-I'm sure you would cancel it or even took money for being late!

I have just started my Invisalign journey & Dr Naiz Khan was fantastic with me! I didn’t feel anything whilst having my aligners fitted which is a relief as that’s what I was worried about most but Dr Khan put me at ease along with his nurses!
The Treatment Coordinators was also fantastic and very informative about my Invisalign aftercare.

I’m looking forward to seeing my results ☺️

Based on my experience if you need treatment or need to register choose a different place. I called up twice and was told 2 different things. I called up a third time to register and book a consultation and the receptionist pretended not hear me and cut the phone on me. This is not how human beings should treat each other especially to those seeking help. All they’re going to say is sorry but I hope this review helps someone make a better choice.

I have always been petrified of the dentist due to an experience years ago. AGNE has restored my faith in dentists. All staff are extremely kind and helpful. Strongly recommend Eastgate dental practice. Thanks for everything you lovely people. Olwen johncock

I do feel even though they take NHS, I have found during visits for an NHS appointment, the emphasis during consultations especially if one requires further treatment, there's a predominace with the summary & reference to a 'private' consult for the additional treatment. An explanation of what the NHS treatments were available, surely would be the first conversation to be proffered. After all, if one wanted private treatment, an NHS one would not have been made firstly.

The practice is clean, tidy and modern. All the staff were polite and helpful and I received excellent treatment and advice from the dentist.

Shame I cant give a zero star review

Paid £85 for an appointment as I had broken a tooth.
Appointment was 11th January, was told by dentist that she needed her colleague to look at the Xray and they would contact me so was sent away with a travel tube of sensitive teeth toothpaste.

12th January they called me and discussed options it was agreed they would refer me to the NHS

19th January I called back for an update and was told that I had been referred to Emmersons green in Bristol.

19th January I called Emmersons green and they had never heard of me

19th January I called MyDentist back and gave them an email address for the referal as they had apparently posted the original during a royal mail strike in 2023 when there is an email option??? anyway I was told it would be emailed immediately

20th January received a voicemail to say MyDentist needed further info before I can be referred (Even though they have referred me twice already?) I gave them the additional information and they assured me that I would be referred via email that afternoon.

23rd January called Emmerson green was told they had still received nothing.

Apparently the assistant manager is now looking into it but I think I have more chance of the tooth actually growing back than these guys actually getting this sorted.

I paid £85 for 5 mins in a chair that's £1020 per hour and they cant even figure out an email!

I basically paid £85 for a 50p tube of toothpaste, there is a reason why dentists are always smiling and it isn't because of there perfect teeth!!
