Mydentist, Victoria Road, Chelmsford

I was in pain with a broken tooth for 2 weeks and come in twice in one week seeking help and I was refused to have a filling put in. Ive been at this surgery for 10 years and over all I have not had a very good experience to the point I am now absolutely petrified of them.. I have since then moved and I've had my work done elsewhere on my first appointment and my anxiety of dentists is slowly getting better. I really wish I could write a better review :/ sorry my dentist

Really really helpful! Couldn't thank them enough for their speedy call backs and support since having my wisdom teeth removed at the hospital. Was in a lot of discomfort and they quickly got me seen and medicated. Especially in such a tricky time during a pandemic they were most helpful and kind. Regular check ups have also been good too, on time and informative.

Just back from my third visit to My Dentist. The reception staff are so friendly you are put at ease straight away. My dentist has done a wonderful job so far considering the state of my teeth. Fantastic service fantastic staff. Well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alex B is a fab Dentist and both her and her nurse. Make you feel at ease. As was nervous over a tooth extraction today. So thanks both

I have been using this dentist for several years , absolutely excellent service and with the upmost care .
The most compassionate people when you have a problem and toothache .
The reminders and texts for your appointments are a blessing .

Was asked to pay for a treatment that I had already paid for, as they couldn’t find any records:)
Then was told it wasn’t for the treatment that was booked it was just a assessment, which I had a couple of months earlier.
Would have to re-book treatment as additional cost after review..
Will not be returning as it’s Shambolic..

really impressed with this dentist, reception staff are lovely & informative, manage to get appointments booked in with ease. dr punni & assistant have been very helpful with fillings & wisdom teeth, would recommend to others

I really don't like visiting the dentist (who does?!) But the team here were super professional, had me sorted in no time.

Pros;

.Informative and reassuring
.Short wait time
.Pricing is very similar to NHS costs.

Con;

One criticism I have is that I had to pay an additional £5 PPE charge on both visits. I'd understand this cost in a hospital or private clinic but a dentist shouldn't be charging this. Wearing masks, gloves and apron regardless of COVID is just standard dental PPE.
