I have seen two Dentists here, the first was awful, I was charged £20 to be kept waiting for 20 minuets and then seen for all of 2, and didn't even get my teeth cleaned, or remotely looked at. In addition to this, she was rude and dismissive. I was not given a refund, but changed to a different dentist within the surgery. The second Dentist was great and has become my regular dentist who I see every 6 months. However, the reception is impossible to get hold of, and doesn't have a waiting queue system for the phones, so they simply say user busy, and cut off. Terrible customer service, and I dread ever needing an emergency filling, because they are impossible to get hold of.

Brilliant Dentist! Easy to book appointments with friendly staff. As a nervous patient who hadn't been for a while the Dentist was really understanding and patient with me. She has restored my teeth which were in a poor state (we took before and after photos) I treated myself to an air clean at the end of my treatment and my teeth look completely different! Great all round service.

I was a patient there a little over a year. I've seen 5 different dentists and all of them seemed to think the one before them didn't do a very good job.
So I had the same filling done twice in six months and now I'm told it needs work again. I had another filling done that now I need the tooth pulled out. It got infected and swollen.
I was told I need 3 teeth pulled out, so I got a referral. That took 3 months to be done and I had to go back 3 times for it. But the teeth in the paperwork were all wrong.
Went to another dentist for an opinion and he said none of those teeth need pulling out. He was shocked by what I said was done in the last year.
I would not recommend them. I would have saved myself a lot of pain and money, had I gone somewhere else.

Not really worth any stars in my opinion, receptionist was rude, dentist filed a broken tooth down level with gum and said that Will be ok, and had to pay 70pounds at reception, that to be with a proper dental practice now

No star reviews, Waited 45 mins for appointment, was having a filling replaced and new filling done, asked if injection hurts and he said no…. Then said he would start drilling and raise hand if too much …. Didn’t feel any injection…. It was hitting a nerve so raised hand but didn’t immediately stop, felt so rushed (20 mins to do two fillings ) then when he started second filling, I asked if he had numbed it, he said no, most people don’t like feeling numb ….WTH , I didn’t even get given the option, I thought it was normal to numb area … that’s always been my experience with the last two albeit 20 years ago , and what did he think I meant when I said if injection hurt.
The new filling is not hurting but feels no different tbh, but the replacement is left throbbing the nerve pain is horrible , and when I asked will that last he just said no !
No care or time taken and cost me £220 for all this ! Finding a new dentist now , had a bad experience there 20 years ago albeit another dentist , but this practice is not good in my opinion! Feel totally ripped off for 20 minutes work !!

If I could give no stars I would, having read some of these reviews about fillings, if had a right number done in my top teeth, which was created by a dentist drilling a hole in between two teeth that were health, since then I’ve had filling after filling. I then get advised I need a crown but they will not make it due to payment being required first, £450 I was quoted, I worked part time that’s a lot of money to pay. I was also told the crown will not be made till payment was received, well they went ahead and made it and then had a go at me that they had made it. I called to make my appointment again which I rearranged due to my daughter being poorly, I was given another appointment, yet the rude receptionist stated I had two missed appointments which isn’t true. And would not see me again. Very poor service! Save your teeth and go elsewhere.

UPDATED:
I had given this practice a 4 stars in October because of the care I received from them.
I had booked an emergency appointment this week because of sensitivity and extreme pain around a teeth that was filled at the same practice a year ago! The safety around covid was considerable and appreciated. But to my surprise, the dentist had a quick look at my teeth and suggested it had cracked! It's the second time a filling from this practice has not been upto mark. Added to that, I was told that filling can't be done in this sitting, but will have to be another appointment! And that was the end of my emergency appointment! I am afraid I will not be using this practice again!

I had to make an emergency appointment and from the time the call was answered, the process was really smooth. They adhere to a strict routine to deal with the current circumstances. Overall a great experience!! The only reason I left out a star is because I did leave two voice messages and those weren't responded to. Highly recommended.

Needed a filling and a tooth with a sharp edge removed.
Gary ( dentist) and Abigail (assistant) did an excellent job, professional and friendly.
Would highly recommend.
Thank you.
