Haven't attended my phone calls or replied to any of my emails for the past few months. Had a terrible tooth ache near the tooth where they did a root canal surgery, kept calling and emailing them but no response. My husband went there face to face to ask the receptionist why they aren't answering phone calls. He rang on their number while he was standing there and guess what, they had put the phone on silent. Got registered with another NHS dentist and have had 2 check ups already within a month's time with my tooth sorted. Just shocked at how a good dental practice's service has gone down the drain.

Utterly stunned at the terrible customer service. Granted, i have not been for a checkup for many years, but when calling to arrange for one, I was informed that I had been deregistered!

Whilst I accept that I've missed this in the terms and conditions, I'm appalled that this clause was executed without any attempt to notify me of my registration being terminated.

I find it bizarre and very disappointing that a dental practice would seemingly want patients to be jettisoned if they have healthy teeth/are of low burden to their practice.

I will now take my custom elsewhere.

this clinic didn't even deserve a star, I've never seen anything like this in my life. they just want money from us but never keep their word with an appointment. and what's worse, after they are good for nothing, they call you 20 minutes before the appointment to inform you that the appointment has been cancelled. when you call them, they don't even answer the phone. and if you want to talk to them, they say that they are not interested, that they have nothing to do. since I've been here 5 years to be exact, I haven't been happy with them even for a day. never seen such terrible terrible service.

Each time I make an appointment for my 7 year old, they cancel it. We agree another date, and they cancel it again. Will find another dentist.

Disgusting customer service - been calling since 8.30am & goes to voicemail - rang several times throughout the day & left messages & emailed - as of yet no callback or response - did manage to get through once & guess what? Before I could say hello!! They hang up & 7hrs later still not answering

& (update) 3 days later still no answer or replies

Not even worth a star. Absolutely terrible service. Called every day for a week to book an emergency appointment, no answer. Emailed numerous times, no reply. Had to go in and book an appointment. Finally had an emergency appointment to temporarily sort a broken tooth. The dentist seemed very stressed and overworked. Then booked for a check up to which I was told I need fillings, root canal and teeth taken out. So wanted to get this arranged. But I was told I need another check up less than a month later? Made no sense but went with this as the branch manager said it would be covered as I’d already had one recently. Came in for this check up a few minutes late due to other health issues, then had to wait another few minutes for the receptionist to finish her phone call to then be told by another (very rude) woman behind the desk that I would now not be seen because I was over 5 minutes late. The woman was very rude and aggressive so I didn’t want to make a scene as she clearly did. I asked to rebook and was told it would be a month later. Not helpful at all. Worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. Asked for a call from the branch manager over a week ago now and have heard nothing. Do not waste your time going here. I am now going to a private dentist (York house, over the road from chess medical) and they are 100 times better and provide great value for money.

Worst experience. I have written a complaint to the manager which I have not heard back from.
Had a filling which the dentist did too deep, assistant also knocked the dentist while drilling. Was in so much agony.
Had three appointment cancelled. Staff were rude. I’ve now had to go private. If I could give no stars I would.

The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was a problem when we had a query. The dentist was charming and didn't talk down to you. He explained everything clearly and was very thorough.
