A very friendly, helpful little practice. The staff team are professional, courteous and display an interest in each patient.
The dental treatment is thorough and where necessary, in my case work re. implants, referral is made to their other practice nearby for a more specialised review.
The area surrounding the practice has been neglected due to the negligence of Tesco not proceeding with their promised investment but do not be put off by this.
The practice continues to provide a very good standard with regard to dental health.
Surprisingly, they are still able to provide some NHS treatment, something I haven't been able to access since childhood!

Attended today for an extraction. I am a very nervous patient from the reception staff, dental nurse and dentist they made me feel at ease and were wonderful. I have found a dental clinic who may have cured by fear of dentists. Thank you.

Had a tooth out and developed dry socket. My own dentist wasn't open on Saturday so phoned here. They fitted me in at very short notice. I'm a nervous patient but all the staff were kind and caring and put me at my ease.

Terrible receptionists.. Rude and abrasive.. Never pick up the phone. Say they don't receive messages when they're left on there machines.. Do not come here if any of your children have autism or any other issue as they don't understand that sometimes its beyond your control to cancel last minute...

All the staff are fantastic, reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Went there today after having an abscess, my usual dentist wasn't there. The gentleman I did see was fantastic, great advice, took the time to explain in detail everything that was needed. Really impressed.

Dr H Chouhan, was extremely kind and was able to fit my daughter in at short notice.
She was a brave soldier and by the evening you wouldn't have known she had had two injections and 2 extractions.
Excellent service.
The dental receptionist was most helpful and caring too.

The practice manager is incredibly rude! Spoken to me today in a very patronising manner just because I followed their own rules and didn't attend a 9am appointment since I have been coughing all night.
Since they only open af 9am and I was the first patient there was nobody to takey earlier calls to let them know I can't make the appointment. When I finally managed to get through to them the practice manager spoke to me like to a child and told me if I missed another appointment I'd be at risk of being excluded from their system as apparently I'd missed another appointment I had on the 5th of October (I had let them know on the 4th that I no longer need to be seen as the treatment I was under was finally working). You could be the practice manager to the biggest dental clinic in the world, it still doesn't give you the right to speak to people that way. Customer service is part of the job. Very disappointed since the doctor is amazing!
