Chopra & Associates Dental Surgery

I was referred here for an extraction by my own practice. I was nervous about how it would be because I’d never been to this dental surgery and wasn’t even sure where I was driving to find it. The dentist and nurse really put me at ease and were both reassuring throughout the procedure. They were not at all rushed and gave me time after the extraction to feel ok before I had to leave. They talked me through the whole process and were very thorough in their explanation of the aftercare I needed to do.

I don't normally review places but I would highly recommend this dentist. I was referred for a tooth extraction and I was so nervous. The staff were lovely and really understanding about how I was feeling. They talked me through everything and kept reassuring me throughout the whole procedure. Would definitely go back if I needed to.

My first visit after moving into the area. Fantastic service I’m a General Manager myself, Dr Sam was helpful, pleasant found appointments to met my busy schedule first class service. Dr Sam also recommended teeth whitening, so I agreed, within one day I noticed the difference. Don’t normally do reviews but full credit. Would totally recommend!! Thank you.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to on this one. I recently had to have a tooth extraction at Chopra in Ashford, I was terrified I hate the dentist and I’ve never had a tooth removed before so was thinking the worst. The lady on the reception was really kind and understanding about how I was feeling and did her best to put my mind at ease. I was still shaky waiting for the surgeon to call me in. Another lady came out and was also so reassuring. The dentist showed my my X-rays and was talking me through everything until I felt comfortable enough for my anaesthetic. I was not in pain once and haven’t been since, he spoke the through the whole thing so I knew exactly what was going on and he did it very quickly. The lady even let me hold her hand through the whole thing which I know sounds silly but it did really help. I couldn’t recommend enough! I’ve seen a lot of reviews about not being able to get through but every time I’ve called I’ve been answered straight away and I’m now booked in for a full mouth clean next month (which before would of been enough to put my off going) I now don’t have a fear of the dentist, they make you feel so comfortable and I had no problems with my extraction no pain before during or after. What a amazing dentist.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this surgery. Not only did they try to charge me twice for a filling. But now there trying to charge me a checkup fee for looking at the filling and making sure it’s okay due to new sensitivity and discolouration on the tooth. The owner MR Chopra said I wouldn’t be charged as it’s with in the year warranty and I’m still getting emails with them saying I have to pay. More then happy to pay a checkup fee if the dentist looks at the other teeth 🦷

I normally prefer to avoid my dental appointments ever since I developed the sensitivity problem in my teeth & I know it’s not healthy. But recently I had my crown fitted, got my scaling done despite the fear of sensitivity issue with Dr. Sam and her dental nurse Hima who were amazing at their job. My crown looks perfect in terms of colour matching & to a perfect fit. They make a great team which is rare to find. Can’t recommend enough.

I was nervous but the receptionist made me really comfortable. The ladies who did the surgery made me feel much calmer. I totally felt in safe hands. They did a fast great job.
