Best dentist I've been too and i'm in my 50s!

excellent dentist surgery, fitted all my kids with braces in house, emergency appointment available daily, polite and helpful staff even access for disabled people and domicile visits for those who can't attend surgery due to disability.
i have never had a problem here and have no intention of going elsewhere

Would recommend this practice to everybody! The receptionists are so lovely and helpful, they made me feel very at ease as I am an extremely nervous patient. The dentist was super and understood my needs. They where all also very calm and patient with me.

Had my appointments with Sarah for a full month clean and polish, with in a week my receding gums are healing and my teeth are shiny white. Really impressed with the services received, thankyou.

Appalling service since the previous owner unfortunately retired!

Shockingly rude staff, treatments conducted by those with limited and less than acceptable standard qualifications!

Many have left like us and now wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Good luck to anyone who remains!

Edit: Further to your reply and having spoken to the office Manager (who was the only decent and professional person involved) it was agreed that your surgery and staff would indeed make several urgent changes to avoid such horrendous incidents in the future which in itself confirms the horrific experiences our family endured!

Furthermore the only people who needed a “Zero Tolerance” policy for protection was our family including our children from your extremely rude, racist, aggressive and threatening staff!

Just ringing to make an appointment is humiliating - red flag. The receptionists set the tone. Very immature and extremely rude. How on earth this practice is still actually viable is questionable.
My experience has been reported and this shall be escalated.
It's a shame people don't think before they speak as on this occasion they 'spoke' to someone who works within the NHS.

My son had a appointment with S Diamond this morning for a tooth removal and filling and she was brilliant. Very good with him and reassuring him all the way through. Very pleased with her service and care for my son.

I would like to thank the staff on reception for all their help when i was feeling poorly after my treatment they are always helpful and polite but extra caring today Many thanks
