Great service with a great smile (no pun intended). Emma has been amazing at dealing with our concerns and working with us to make the experience as painful (financially) as possible. Kamala shared options clearly and left it to us to make an informed choice which built a lot of trust. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore!

To be honest I am not one for leaving reviews but on this occasion I simply had to. Visited Total Dental Care in Folkestone yesterday to have a check up and a chat about a new crown, from the moment I entered I was put at ease (previous dental experience was making me anxious) by the friendly reception staff and the Manager (Catherine) also made me feel welcome. Once in the dreaded chair I was made to feel relaxed with everything being explained to me by Komala in a way I could understand. I left knowing exactly what to expect on my next appointments and very happy with the service provided.

Had my whitening done here using the enlighten method. Very happy with the results and with the help of my dentist Shilpa Mhatre and her dental nurse Emma, i achieved a b1 shade. Very informative and helpful throughout. Also the receptionist staff are all wonderful.

I recently visited this dentist for a check up and was really impressed. The receptionist who checked me in and out was a lovely lady called Celia. She was really friendly and went out of her way to message my dentist to see if she would take on my 20 month old daughter too.
Whilst I was in there an elderly lady was dropped off for an appointment and the gentlemen who dropped her off just left her and said she could find her own way back to the home she resided in. The lady clearly wasn’t sure where she was, let alone be able to find her way back to her home. Whilst I was in the waiting area I could hear the receptionists searching for where she lived and discussing how many roads she would need to cross and trying to find a next of kin to contact because they were concerned for her welfare. I had been concerned myself overhearing the situation so it was lovely to know they had picked up on this safeguarding issue and were trying to resolve it. Overall, a lovely visit ☺️

All the staff were really helpful from the warm welcome by the reception staff to the dentist and nurses. Komala and PJ were excellent in the treatment I had, talking me through the process what to expect, allowing me to have breaks when needed as I had some long treatment times, they made me feel comfortable and worked with me to feel relaxed which I really appreciated. A Great team keep up the great work.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Total Dentalcare Emma the receptionist couldn’t do more to help and the other ladies on the desk are the same all very friendly. The dentist I saw Bilal again took the time to explain the best procedures for me. Would recommend to anyone.

Stephanie and Emma were very accommodating and thorough with the dental work that they did. They were also friendly and caring throughout, taking away any stress and even managed to make a trip to the dentist very pleasant. Many thanks. The reception were also very kind and helpful.
