A very unpleasant experience. The price for the treatment I wanted to book was not what they claimed. THEY TOLD ME A PRICE BY EMAIL AND THEN, when I went to the clinic, IT TURNS OUT IT ACTUALLY WAS THE DOUBLE. Plus, the two receptionists I spoke with were quite rude and negligent. I won't put my teeth in their unprofessional hands.

Made a complaint several months ago. I'm am still waiting despite efforts to contact her for an update. No apology. No explanation. Disgusting, not what you or the team would wish or expect from what was the best dentist in Canterbury.

I felt compelled to write this review as the service I recieved was exceptional from Nicola, as well as the friendly and professional staff and management at the front desk I encountered. I had a scale and polish done and I highly recommend Nicola as a hygienist as she was fantastic! Nicola was very welcoming, friendly, and conscious if she was causing any discomfort, she let me know what she was doing and what I needed to do to keep my teeth in good condition! So happy with how they look, thank you very much Nicola and all at Bradley’s.

I use to grind my teeth and ground down the front top teeth so much that the eventually broke
Panos has spent many hours and visits making me 8 such beautiful crowns you would think they were my own teeth
On top of that I asked for dentures top and bottom to be made using a thin metal to hold the teeth instead of the bulky acrylic. He has made these perfect
Every detail has been made with perfection and precision
They are all perfect
I would recommend you go to Panos if you want the perfect crowns and dentures
It might take a bit of time and patience to get things right but when everything is finished you will be over the moon with the outcome

Been attending these for years and paying denplan, they take the money for the check ups, but don’t carry out any repair work that requires doing, they just say - if you get any problems come back ! Also never seen the hygienist which your entitled to once a year for a clean, Changed dentist now and paying for the work that requires doing and the hygienist to have them cleaned.

Lucy is an angel, sent to Earth to help with difficult patients (like me). Im not kidding. She's wonderful. Apart from that , I would reluctantly add that Denplan is a rip off. Nice place though. Recommend it.

Really poor experience. At my checkup I was not told the price of any treatments I was to book in for and did not get an answer even when I asked. For my next visit I called 5 mins before my appointment time to say I may be a few mins late as I had been caught up at work (in an NHS hospital) and was told my appointment was cancelled - even though the next patient after me had arrived and could take my slot. No understanding or flexibility shown so I’ve decided not to go back. Really unpleasant vibe from the staff overall.

Recently completed full upper-jaw implants. The whole process from start to completion was handled very professionally and as far as I was concerned complete value for money. The end result is perfect and I am so very pleased with the transformation of my teeth. Totally recommend this practice and thanks to Nadim & Hannah
