Really pleased with my treatment today with Dr Parekh. The appointment was on time, the receptionist was helpful and friendly and the waiting area was clean and uncluttered.

Dr Parekh was courteous and considerate and the treatment was careful and unhurried.

The consulting room was clean and hygienic and I would have no hesitations in returning for my next routine examination, scale & polish and X-ray.

Totally unprofessional practice, signed up for the NHS waiting list 14 months ago and when asking about progress they said they don’t know and they couldn’t even check as the list is too long, are we in 1970? Surely it takes a minute to check. Eventually told me that they would check another time and if I wasn’t on the list they would add me now. After 14 months of waiting? I understand waiting times are long everywhere but the attitude and unprofessionalism of the receptionist is completely unacceptable

I have used Ibstock Dental Practice for many years for routine visits and dental work but had need for emergency treatment today after noticing swelling to my face.
I was seen within an hour of calling, an x-ray identified the affected tooth and it was extracted.
Just waiting for the anti-biotics to reduce the swelling.
Can't ask for better.

From reception, dental nurses and the practitioners themselves, excellent service. An appointment reminder 24 hours before your alloted time. Friendly and professional welcome.
A tooth I thoiught would need an extraction, was skillfuly filled and saved.
This may sound strange for a dental practice, but I have always found each visit quite a pleasant experience knowing they are taking really good care of my dental needs.
Highly recommended.

Outstanding service: Dr Parekh is the best dentist I have met. I recently went in for a regular check-up and clean. Dr Parekh showed a lot of care and took his time to give my teeth and gums a thorough clean. The Ibstock Dental practice team is also very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service from the whole team. Made me feel completely at ease and Dr Parekh explained everything very clearly. I had my metal fillings replaced with white ones and my teeth whitened. I feel so much more confident with my smile. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr Parekh for some time now. He gave me options that I didn’t even know were possible. I had Invisalign treatment to get my teeth straight. The team were so thorough from start to finish and Dr Parekh got my teeth perfect. Thanks!
