In my humble instance , YES !
Having been naughty and not gone for 5 years , fillings where in order and sorry to say more to come..😩 no one to blame but me !
A super friendly practice of very nice people who make you feel calm the whole procedure , relaxed too and I can
' honestly ' say , my fear has been greatly reduced . Possibly the most helpful professional dentist I've seen . Explanations all throughout, a nice pleasant atmosphere .

What an absolutely shocking dentist practice.... Waited for my partner to have a check up ended up waiting for 40mins and had to go in to find him. When I walked in I must of waited for about 10 mins just to speak to the receptionist as she was having such a laugh on the phone. When she finally spoke to me as I held my one year old child for all that time I was quite cross. Receptionist was stuttering as she fed me a load of rubbish about the hold up. I would definitely never ever recommend. It's an insult.

Dentist and nurse absolutely amazing with my two kids interacts with them so well it was my youngest first time today and he loved it. I used to hate going to the dentist and would dread it. Not anymore, Easy and stress free, one happy mummy !

All the staff members treated me with respect and everything was clearly explained throughout the treatment. I changed from PennyPot to H Patel and I do not regret this decision at all. Here I always felt comfortable and well supported. In regards to my treatment my dentist explained all my options and always offered NHS treatment, which was something that my previous dentist did not.

I’m sitting in blackbull road dental surgery watching my partner Stephen Day I would like to say that I’ve worked in dental for Many years, I have only come across a few dentists that have it all Dr H Patel is one of them. She has such a lovely mannner very professional and is an excellent dentist.
Explains the procedure every step of the way gentle and caring, which is fabulous as he is a nervous patient.

All the staff are very friendly & approachable. I have seen the same Dentist (Martin) several times & out of My 44 yrs, he is the best Dentist I have ever had! He is so gentle, caring & nice! I highly reccommend this Dentist.

Got to my Appointment a little early I was told by the Receptionist that my Dentist was running a bit behind. No problem at all I said and I sat and waited. When I went in. I had not seen that Dentist before. Well instantly welcomed and was cheerful and chatty and felt at ease. I have not seen a dentist since Covid broke as was too worried too. But I felt at ease and now I'm waiting to be referred to have some roots removed and a tooth and then can start the job of getting my Dentures sorted out. Thank you all so much.

A great practice, all the dentists and receptionist are helpful and will do everything they can to help, even in Covid times. Treatment is first class. Cannot recommend highly enough.
