Well it all started off from a can-do receptionist, with brilliant English, so my booking was all over and done with in no time at all. A cancellation came up, and I got a next day appointment. You see, I had lost contact with my old hygienist, and being a creature of habit I was reluctant to get in touch with a new one, but as Maria Agius was recommended by my dentist’s Nurse Jeannine (working with Nigel Graves) I thought I would place my trust in her.

And what a job she had ahead of her, me, with my less than perfectly aligned porcelains. That day she had to dig a few tools of torture out from the bottom of her box that’s for sure. But, she knew how to use each and every one of them, even one that I had never come across before, Mrs Agius was an old hand.

Everything was explained to me before each step, with the upmost of care, a real woman’s touch - which is the best thing in such circumstances.

The ambience of the practice is very relaxing, from the greeting at the door, to the beaten up sofa for punctual folk. I could tell it was a female run business, it very much a departure from the sanitised environment one normally finds oneself in for such work. I was pleasantly surprised, they’ve really cornered the market there.

For the experience and the wonderful job administered, I think it well the price, for Central London, most definitely.

Book in advance, or pray you get a cancellation. And if you’re really lucky, they’ll give you a free toothbrush.

I do not normally write reviews but I had selected this practice based on other 5 star reviews so I thought it was important to review my experience. I'm only giving Parsons Green Dental Practice 2 stars because I thought the staff were all very pleasant but the services and overall experience was mediocre. The teeth cleaning took place in a garden shed with the doors open to outside which I found quite unusual as you would expect the cleaning to be in proper dental office. The actual cleaning was rather sloppy and half effort compared to other dental practices that I have been to; plus I was charged for 45 minutes but the actual cleaning was only 35 minutes (per the time stamp on their own invoice). I raised my concerns with the practice after the appointment, who advised that its just their billing system. Perhaps, they were once 5 star but I surely did not experience it and asked to be removed from their patient list.

Thank you to the lovely team at Parsons Green Dental Practice. You were there and welcomed us when Daddy needed urgent care a very sore tooth and required urgent ER dental care. Following our amazing, kind and professional experience we now have new family dental practice to look after us. We can’t thank you enough. You have Turkey put the skip back in our families’ dental health!

Insofar as anyone can love one's teeth being prodded and scraped and drilled and sluiced, I love everyone at this dental practice. Professional, considerate and tactful, fears and pain are reduced to a minimum by a fine team, from the lovey enduring Claire on Reception through to excellent practitioners.

I had a small emergency - part of tooth front chipped and if I didn't go within a week I'd keep going (would not have liked front tooth to go missing). I went to the clinic and everything was sorted in less than an hour by the loveliest and super helpful dentist and staff! I cannot emphasise how grateful I am alongside useful advise and loveliest atmosphere. Martyna

Moira is certainly one of the best dentists in the whole of London. Highly professional and amazingly skilled.
