This practice is amazing! I've got there for emergency appointment and was amazed by the service. From a lady on the reception to the dental nurse and the dentist. They've solved my problem in under 20mins and made me a happy bunny again. Will definitely be back! Thank you

I went in today after 111 booked me there. My tooth was broken but I was prescribed antibiotics instead. My filling and tooth kept on crumbling now I have got a hole in my tooth. I went there hoping for an extraction as the tooth doesn't look like it can be saved!! Very disappointed of the dentist J.they hate doing treatment on the NHS it seems. Maternity exemption at the moment. When you go there they try to get you to have private treatment, referral to clinic etc

AVOID THIS DODGY DENTAL PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS. They charged me in full for a 2 day treatment. They cancelled the second appointment due to closure f”of the Covid outbreak. Didn’t bother calling me back to reschedule and when I approached the rude old lady working in reception she turned around said they can book my second appointment to Finish the job but I will Have to pay again. Even after telling her I have the receipt and appointment card to Show I already paid but she was not interested . Surely making someone pay twice for treatment they already paid for is wrong and illegal. I requested to speak with management but they refused to come out and wanted me to wait 30 mins to speak to them. I can see from peoples google reviews I’m not the only victim of their greed. Looks like due to so many bad reviews they have opened multiple google accounts under different names. Now I’m forced to contact ombudsman to take further action against them. I will be complaining to all the regulating bodies including HMRC, NHS, GDC,CQC and other regulating bodies as I feel they should all be made aware of this practice

Awful dental surgery for NHS patients. NHS patients are treated with zero respect, empathy or patience. Its very clear by the layout of the reception and the dental surgery as a whole, it's the rich side vs. the poor side. The dentist who my 8yr old daughter saw after 111 booked them there was rude beyond words. I'd rather suffer with any tooth issues than ever be booked in this dental surgery. I'd painfully wait 6months for my normal dental practice to see me, than go here ever again.

Been coming here years and it’s always been pretty good other then the extremely rude secretary. Every time I call and she’s answers she will refuse to book me appointment and lie that there are no available slots. Even just now with a infecting that’s traveled to my cheek which is obviously a emergency, refuses to let me see a dentist. She’s vile!
