No one may have known that the dr was going to be on quarantine the day of my first appointment ok but they should have known my Dr does not work on the day I was rebooked, they should have known the clinic is not open yet at the time I have my 4rd appointment. Totally useless administration
RECEPTIONSIST is extremely rude she will just hang up the phone on you!!!
I’ve been waiting 2 years for treatment and the nurse (whole practice) has neglected me for 2 years too the point I’m in the process of seeking legal help.
DOOOOO NOT BITHER REGISTERING HERE!!
The Staff have always been friendly and accommodating towards me, and Mr Dineen, considering the long hours that he puts in, is always friendly, and does his utmost to sort out whatever problem you may have.
All NHS staff test for COVID regularly and when a positive test is generated the individual concerned has to self isolate for 7 to 10 days or until two consecutive daily negative tests have been completed. When a Dental Surgery has two Surgeons working and both test positive it is impossible to provide any service to the patients registered at that practice. By the same token if the Dental Surgery Assistants test positive, staff shortages occur also resulting in the inability to service booked appointments. This, in turn, results in cancellations of appointments at short notice as it is always hoped that.a negative test will be achieved for the following day. It also results in a longer wait for new appointments which, when your patient capacity has been reached, means no new registrations until your existing patients can receive their full treatment allocation.
Most patients understand that the COVID pandemic has placed the NHS under extreme pressure. Dentists are currently leaving the NHS at an alarming rate which will make it more and more difficult for new registratants to find NHS Practices. We can only ask that those seeking registration take an understanding stance until things improve generally.
Thank you.
He is the best dentist in the 🌎world
