Well Street Dental Clinic

I have been going to well street dental surgery since I was in primary school. Now I'm in my late 30s I bring my own children here. The receptionists are always welcoming and friendly and the dental team are fantastic at what they do. I have always recommend this surgery to friends and family.

My overall experience wasn’t happy. The receptionists were chatting to each other while I was obviously standing at the counter. The service was super commercial. I felt more like they tried to sell you pay more on some non urgent services. The dentist cut my lips by accident by some unknown tools and now I have a deep wound. I saw blood on the tissue so I asked what happened to my lips. Not until then the dentist told me about it, without apologies or intention of apologising. She also tried to say that the cause was that my lips were dry. Also, the dentist asked me to pay before the fillings. I felt awkward as it gave me a feeling that she didnt trust I would pay in full amount after the filing service? (Photo of my lip wound could be provided)

Based on the visit I had with my dentist she had great communication, knowledge and was understanding and clear when giving me advise.

The ability to communicate with patients is undeniably caring and supportive, the level of professionalism was nothing short of perfection I’ve never felt more safe and informed with anything health related than I have in this particular dental clinic 🤩 . The reception team are so personable whilst remaining professional and eloquent

All staff are friendly and helpful make you feel comfortable and dentist explains every thing that needs doing
