East Dulwich Dental Care

Just called as I have a chipped tooth and need it fixed, was told that if I’m and NHS patient they don’t have any appointments until June. I wasn’t given any more information, asked if I wanted to book the appointment, told of pricing if I wanted to book privately. All in all, no customer service or intent to help. I wasn’t even asked what my issue was or if it was emergency etc.

I have just been to East Dulwich Dental Practice today. Dr Neda and Simone were amazing. I am very nervous at visiting the dentist and I can only say how relaxed they made me feel.
I should not have worried , Kind and caring and extremely efficient.

Thanks so much for the work you have completed on my teeth today.

I have been to this dentist for a few years now and it’s got to the point where I’m having to look for another dentist now!
No appointments until minimum 2-3 months if you have an emergency don’t bother ringing them I got told ring 111…. Can’t fault the actual Doctors BUT the receptionist are rude when talking to you in person and worse on the phone, i have also noticed they treat people differently depending on your financial circumstance and I find it personally disrespectful when the two ladies sit there and talk in their own language……

My denture broke, I phoned up was seen same day , had impression done , normally uncomfortable it was fine, only had to wait a week for denture to come back repaired, I was very satisfied how they fixed it , I’m smiling again, very pleasant & helpful staff made me feel very comfortable as I don’t like the dentist but I have made appointment for six months time so that says it all .

Dr Neda and team were warm and friendly.

It was my first time to meet with Dr Neda but I found her advice and support extremely helpful.

It was also my toddler's first visit to the dentist but she came away happy after being met with such warmth.

I am happy that I am being taken care of by this dentist!

Left this dentist in the pandemic as was a joke. Before they moved it was pretty decent but after it just went down hill. Avoid if you can. Like to mess up appointment too. Moved my family somewhere different

Nice and clean, friendly receptionists but had a tooth pulled a few years ago which didn't really need to be pulled out.
