Their Level of Professionalism is quite different from others.
I would not Hesitate to Rate them with a five Star. .

If you absolutely have to go here, do so, but don't book in for the first appointment of the day, the dentist is always late.
Pal the dental manager was great very polite.
I booked an appointment (over the phone with the receptionist) for a check up and paid £46 up front. No confirmation text or email, which I thought was strange. I then had to reschedule, and asked for a confirmation, which I received by text. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and my orthodontist (who needed to send a referral for a tooth extraction) discovered I had no appointment at this practice. I then phoned up and was treated like I was wrong/lying about the appointment/had it with another practice, which was ridiculous as I had the text with the name of the dentist at this practice. The receptionist also tried to claim I hadn't paid (which she later rowed back from when she realised I had).
Instead of trying to help me (I was obviously stressed and annoyed as I needed this appointment prior to an ortho appt tomorrow), I was made to feel like it was myself in the wrong. Safe to say I asked for a refund and have now arranged for an appointment with another dentist, who not only were super helpful and responsive but also have said (after I sent the referral letter) that I can have an extraction today. Which goes against what the receptionist said to me which was "you will never get an extraction at any surgery on the same day as you will need a consultation first"....apparently not.
I never write these, but I was so annoyed at the a) disorganisation of the surgery and b) the way in which I was spoken to by the receptionist. Hopefully she will read these reviews and have a think about how she speaks to people moving forward!
She was very rude and adamant that I will not see anyone unless I have paid.
I have coming to this surgery for many years I never had any problems with paying for my treatment. This receptionist hasn’t got an iota of customer service in her. She was rude and even threatened me that she would strike me off from the surgery !!
I don’t really know who runs this surgery the receptionist, the dentist?!?
I will take this further cause I was in pain, thankfully I went to different dentist which saw me and sorted my problem.
I will never go back there it was an awful experience not wishing it on anyone else. Beware of the of the rude receptionist.
The one ⭐️ is too much for this place!
