Left me with an half done root canal then they removed me from there booking system due to the fault of their receptionist which they refuse to take accountability for, lied and said they sent me letters to sign so they can put me back on the booking system and then ignored me when I requested for them to resend it so I can be able to rebook my appointment to get my root canal that the ruined fixed. It was infected and they still ignored me. This dentist isn’t good, if you’re paying privately you’re better off going to an up to standard practice

Impossible to call and book an appointment, phone is always engaged and no email is on their website. I have been trying to have a wisdom tooth extraction with this practice and due to negligence they failed to refer me. The reception was never helpful and sent me confirmation to my old address, further delaying my treatment. I am transferring to another dentist purely to avoid working with them again. The dentist himself is friendly but would not do my root canal and I had to pay over £2000 to have this done privately as a consequence. I understand there are wider structural issues greater than the issues at this practice that affect treatment times- but to be told by your NHS dentists when you have very little money and are in constant pain that he doesn’t do root canals in back molars and to go elsewhere was very challenging, you expect at least a base level of care from the NHS and I feel I got very little here besides basic X-rays and being advised to pursue treatment elsewhere. Don’t expect anything beyond the most basic care if you come here.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. I waited months for a check up then during the check up I was rushed in and out in 5 minutes. After that I needed another treatment which I had to wait another 2 months for. They then cancelled on me the day before my appointment and said they don't know when I can get another appointment. Complete waste of time and money.

NOT SURE THEY ARE EVEN REAL DENTISTS.

I been here for an NHS treatment and it's been the most awful dentist experience of my whole life.
I been waiting a couple of weeks to get to my appointment even having a tooth badly fractured and a cavity that was giving me really strong pain then they cancelled it less than 24 hours before and postponed it of 10 days. In the meantime my situation degenerated and the tooth get broken more, I finished my antibiotics cycle and the cavity started giving me agony again. The day before my postponed appointment they called me again trying to cancel it again and I started to argue with them about so they just changed time of it but same day.
I finally get there, everyone was rude, seems they weren't even expecting me there as they were lock inside and not opening. The dentist checked my issues, decided that was nothing to do, suggested me to remove both teeth at the hospital, that he doesn't make root canals and to go to a private to make such kind of works and told me that even with NHS highest band payment wouldn't be able to bridge more than one as it "doesn't worth the money paid of the NHS band".

I left astonished, I called back 111 and told em all about. They confirmed me that it's absolutely not suggested an extraction when's possible to keep the original tooth to don't destabilise the dental structure, that actually NHS dentists executes root canals and that the highest band of NHS dental treatments covers ALL THE TREATMENTS THE YOU DENTAL HEALTH REQUIRES INCLUDING ALL THE REPLACEMENTS OF MISSING TEETH and not just one as he claimed.
They booked me on the same day for another emergency NHS dentist which it made me choose between remove or make root canal, he made the root canal being very professional, clean and polite and I barely noticed him working on it. In less than one hour I was on my way back home.
I think that the "dentist" at trinity dental care it's not even for real a dentist and I hope they close that awful hole where they practice.

Dr. Victor and staff are all very nice and professional. I always dread the dentist but the experience at Trinity was very positive. I had a filling done by Dr. Victor and he was very reassuring and put me at ease - and zero pain! The cleaning I had was also very well done. Overall a very good clinic would recommend!

Bad experience… don’t recommend! I signed up with them under NHS. It’s a strange clinic where they close doors inside and you have to knock to get in. Then their booking process really badly managed with their booking system going down all the time.

In terms of actual treatment - I came for a consultation and asked for a more experienced doctor who I know is male and owner of the clinic. Then I came and was assigned to the young girl who doesn’t even know how to properly do the check up. She took X-rays but they didn’t have digital X-rays so she was looking at the tiny X-ray copies and then telling me that she doesn’t see any issue. When i told I was told in a different clinic much better where I went privately that I have to do filling in one of my upper tooth she asked which tooth… seriously it’s for you to figure out as a dentist…!! Sit down again with your tools and ask me. When I asked if there is a more experienced dentist that can take a look she took offense and went to complain not sure if this is a family shop but it seems like it… bad experience , they will do me a favor by de-registering me!!! No thank you very much.

Excellent! Dr Victor and his team really looked after me. I had a treatment and everything was on time, carried out with care and even explained to me so I understood what was happening. Best dentist I’ve been to! Would highly recommend.

I have just visited Trinity Dental Care today for an arranged appointment that was made in early September, only to find the place closed (shutter was down). The filling from my tooth had fallen out in July and I have suffered varying levels of pain when eating ever since, so I am understandably angry that this has happened. I called Trinity four times on the day only to get an answer phone message that my call cannot be answered. This is not good enough and I will have to consider using another Dentist.
